  1. Thoroughly. What is the point of `Always Online' if they only time you see it is when the website is unavailable? Seems self-contradictory to me.
  2. Earl probably won't like you referring to the royal family like that, Redleg ?
  3. Earl probably won't like you referring to the royal family like that, Redleg ?
  4. Yeah, and within a decade this thread will be on the moon! ?
  5. Old dogs are us! ?
  6. So, .... had any good banana smoothies lately?
  7. Ernest, Ernest! Speak not such calumny, lest thou be cast, body and soul, into the uttermost depths of the circles of the damned, there to rot and wither for eternity, like some latter-day Tantalus! Shall we close this thread, this lifeline of humanity, this beacon of delight, which was born amongst the horrors of the torture and humiliation at the paws of hoopy felines on the ignominious Day of CLXXXVI, and which has sustained, healed and nourished us through the terrible nightmares of the era of est quod est and the desolation of the fearsome omnibus of reality? Shall we now, as the heretofore black sky of night weakens its shade grudgingly before the onset of the radiant dawn, sever this umbilical cord, this unerring guide, which has lead us just as surely as brave Theseus was lead through the abominable labyrinth, through dark corners and shadowy turns to the glorious light above? A day may come when the age of demons comes crashing down, but it is not this day! A day when we cease all bonds of fellowship, but it is not this day! A day when the red and blue spirit yields to the infernal magpie, but it is not this day! This day WE POST! By all that you hold dear, I bid you post, Demons of the No T$ No B$ Thread!!
  8. I guess another epic spew from Gawnie is too much to ask for ...
  9. Nice appetiser for the Demonland podcast later that same night ...
  10. Don't they, OD? What is unnatural about a huge rabbit producing chocolate eggs?
  11. The Aussie sense of fair play, which seems to have gone missing for some time ...
  12. Nice image! I can just see an enormous mouth in the La Trobe valley spewing up lumps of brown rock ... because you just can't keep a carbon-based non-renewable energy source down!
  13. Didn't Essendon do that? I am sure there are plenty of previous examples, without even mentioning underarm bowling ...
  14. No, here in Oz we nurse them
  15. I am with you DC. The ICC are giving out wet tram tickets, and Cricket Australia seems to be hanging people. The truth is surely somewhere in the middle --- what they did was wrong and worth punishment, but the punishment has to fit the crime (as Mr G and Mr S would say). The other bit that smells a bit fishy to me is that according to Cricket Australia, there were only 3 people involved, and none of them were bowlers. Sounds weird, at best.
  16. You say that like you think the previous 948 were any different ...
  17. Yeah, the one with the messianic complex
  18. So you did find Handel?
  19. Nobody mentioned Collingwood, DC ...
  20. Try harder, Ernest. Be impressed!
  21. Thanks for the recommendation. Shall do.
  22. Mantovani maybe, but in some ways I prefer Burt Reynolds ... And don't get me started on the difference between a Bach chorale and a bacchanal ...
  23. Then don't forget your chopin Liszt
  24. I don't think I can Handel this ...
  25. You never know your luck in the big city. Can you compare it to another work? Verdi Requiem? Bach Mass in B Minor? Mahler 8th?
