Geez Kev you are more confident than me. Saints are playing real high pressure footy and based on results that’s all u need to easily beat us. They also have a coach who makes changes during a game and doesn’t stick with something that isn’t working. I don’t like our chances but I hope u r right.

Yep seems to be stubborn and thinks one day it will click. When or if that day comes I think Goodwin will be long gone.

Just got back from the game. One word sums it up for me PATHETIC. No pressure, turnovers galore and missing set shots AGAIN. Langdon was free so many times when we were kicking out and was either ignored or not seen. We need to look better and not have tunnel vision in one direction only FFS. The dogs pressured us and we went to water again. IMO Goodwin is not the coach to take us forward. Whenever we r pressured we don’t react and the coach has NO answers. When we play sides that don’t exert as much pressure Goodwin is a genius but when it’s the other way there is NOTHING. If we don’t make finals and that’s a big if based on today’s performance Goodwin needs to be given his marching orders. The cost is irrelevant as the cost to keep him will be enormous. We are forever in this up and down phase and it’s got to stop for the sanity of the supporters and players and it start with the coach. Get Lyon or Clarkson, get someone who is experienced and knows WTF they are doing.

Gabba. McGowan comes across like an entitled snot and has done NOTHING to help the AFL.

During the week the weather is just about perfect then come the weekend it can sometimes be ****house.

The mark Weed took in the goal square Off a Melk kick where he was looking over his right shoulder and had a collywobble defender right up his clacker was priceless. It shut the Collingwood fans up well and truely. Weed has matured nicely which is great for him and us.

I knew when the UMPS were giving us frees it would be our night. I love the umps. (Well for this round anyway).

One of the best things was watching collywobble supporters leaving near the end of the 3rd quarter. How weak is that. Thanks for coming, we were saying. Ah the memories.

Our goal kicking was awesome tonight. 13.1 to 5.7 after quarter time. That’s not to shabby.

For me Lord it’s the way goes at the ball and tackles. He does turn it over but geez the opposition look twice when he is around. He is a brick wall and that marking attempt where he knocked out the Collingwood player typifies this. He also got a knock from his own teammate and it was a heavy knock right in front of us and shook it off and kept going.

I certainly did AF. What a great game. One of the best 4 qrt games I have seen live in a long time. Preuss was great. To come in to his first game since early last season and perform like he did is a credit to him. Trucks goal from the boundary line was absolutely sublime. The midfielders all worked well together too. Me and the kids belted out the song loud and proud about 3 times after the game. Special night and it was great for my kids to see us perform like that which they haven’t seen often at all.

Well I haven’t seen us play like that for a very long time. I really HOPE we can keep it up in the second half and not go into our shell. First few minutes of the 3rd will be crucial.
