I have been a critic of gifting games to OMac and also to Weid, OMac has been pretty good this year and the last couple of games Weid has shown something. After a prolonged period at Casey, but I liked a couple of his marks on Sunday he will be excellent next season. bit more fitness and more weight. what a great time of the year not to be talking about who we will pick in the draft this year. Blimey you must have gone to the same matches as I did. Cannot remember it being any better in the early 70’s, but we were very poor then, i have umpired at a much much lower level, it is difficult but the first instinct is usually correct. There are rules they do not apply anymore. Who knows how much Lyon knows might be just guessing or blowing off wind! But unless JV is fully fit and over the problem foot. I would put him away for this year. This year, even last year, but more importantly the years in front of us. Are the ones to savour. So, So much better than the shite of pre PROOS, we might have tried back then but no future. Need Hogan fit and not sore if we are to do anything in September, I still have not counted any chickens. JKH was in my mind poor for the first half but improved for some important touches and moves in the second. Almost a confidence thing. If the selectors thought enough of him to put him in, there will be no change. His second half gets him a bit more time. So my only change rest Hogan bring in Pedo to keep the structure the same. Cam can at least do much the same as Hogan, and Jesse gets a rest and recovery period. But I though we were toast 15 minutes first quarter What Do I Know. GO DEES!!!
