  1. I actually think the logistics of it aren't too hard. Enlarge Goschs oval to be similar to MCG and build gym, admin, etc on carpark F, which is between AAMI and Goschs Paddock grassland. Three story building should be sufficient on such a large space. Four story if underground car parking is included. Numbers of staff/players/FD at AFL clubs will be shrunk dramatically soon. We already use the grassland around the oval for rehab group, it's possible some Aussie rules posts could be put up at one end, even if it's not a defined oval. It's a big space which is not protected parkland and IMO underused. Take down a few trees trees to enlarge the current oval, shift the internal footpath, put in some decent landscaping to appease Council and resurface the oval up to AFL standard. The hard part of all this is finding the money, which will be near impossible for the next 10 years. It's also no certainty that the other sporting clubs will survive and/or stay at AAMI
  2. Read on the paper that WCE have a war chest of $20mill in cash, Rich nearly $30mill and Hawthorn about $40mill. The Bulldogs see no need to accept AFL COVID handouts either due to cash reserves. FMD, how can we possibly catch up?
  3. We keep tripping and falling back down at base camp

  5. What did he say this time, DJ?
  6. Needs to show that they have legitimate contracts and revenue. Have some cash reserves, bit still yet to nail it's core business, which is last mile delivery logistics for businesses like food and beverage, such as Pizza Hut Given the COVID-caused explosion of home delivery in every Western country, I'm suprised Getswift aren't thriving and are only showing moderate success.
  7. Here's an out of the box idea: stop kicking long inside 50s directly to a tall opposition player! Watching R1 again, it's as if we picked them out on purpose
  8. Believe it when I see it.
  9. I fear ANB will play, if fit.
  10. I think Uncle should try hydroxychloroquine. Seems to cure everything else* * Before relying on any information on this drug, users should carefully evaluate its accuracy, currency, completeness and relevance for their purposes, and should obtain any appropriate professional advice relevant to their particular circumstances from the President of the United States.

  16. Hell hath no fury like a missus scorned.
  17. Sounds like a Rodney Dangerfield line, Biff. "I drink too much. Last night time I gave a urine sample it had an olive on it!" "When I was a kid my folks moved a lot, but I always found them..."
  18. I bet the payments were stepped. Anyway... my missus told me that sex is always better on holiday. That wasn't a very nice postcard to recieve.
  19. I'd say there are 7 pillars, and add fitness boss to your list. Burgo needs to be an important key to our success
  20. I wouldn't have thought so. They are male (ie. less than half of young people) super fit, highly paid, have eating and behaviour patterns micro-managed for them, and are, on the whole, public figures.
