I think you just did!! Rivers and McVee are potential future leaders. Chandler and Sparrow not really. Leaders need to be 'in the play' more, and they often aren't. Ideally JVR stays less in the ruck ... so he wouldn't be in the play too much. (Yeah, I know Neita was a forward, but he was the exception as a leader.)

I don't even want to think about presidents ....

I'm not Old Dee, but I can say that from memory the atmosphere was electric. Having said that I was pretty young at the time.
