  1. If he has thoughts of going home, he may agree to a 2 year extension.
  2. Don't forget that vile object saying "justice has been done" ... I'm getting worked up thinking about that again.
  3. I also hate the filth culture. But unlike you I hate everything about them, including the team. I've mentioned it before*, but I can't even go to KB or any other matches involving the filth. Just does my head in. In particular many of the filth supporters are just vile; I just can't stand being near them en masse. *much to the chagrin of some others ...
  4. Channel 7 news the other night ... "Shock resignation" ... FFS ... everyone knew he was gonna resign.

Please bring back the facepalm emoji !!!
  6. If a grasshopper tries to fight a lawnmower, one may admire his courage but not his judgement.
  7. No idea who 'Tricky Dicky" is. And I'm not a fan of grooming. I think Chandler is the best option.
  8. Good effort by Australian bowlers. Pathetic effort by Australian batsmen.
  9. He's carrying a few extra kilos. Presumably he will have slimmed down a little by R1.
  10. My band Devil Dogs is playing at 12 Bar in Belgrave tomorrow night (Saturday, 11 November). We're also playing at Mr Boogie Man Bar (Abbotsford) on Friday 6 December @ 7.30 pm. Check out our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564083808529

Poor effort by Socceroos v Bahrain. Lucky to escape 2 - 2.
  12. I caught the last part of this session. Clarrie looked really happy. BTW my favourite AC/DC song is Whole Lotta Rosie. Can't stand the new bloke's voice. (Yeah, I know ... 44 years.)
  13. And if he did, it was an accident.
  14. My scarf + stickers arrived today. No card though. (I took the card option cos I'm old.)
  15. Hmm, I might pop in tomorrow (during a bike ride) to see how the boys are going. Who else is going?
  16. Hopefully she is there when I next attend a training session at GP. She hasn't posted for a while, or at least under her old name. I miss her.
  17. I met Neale twice ... years ago. A real gentleman.
  18. I think you just did!! Rivers and McVee are potential future leaders. Chandler and Sparrow not really. Leaders need to be 'in the play' more, and they often aren't. Ideally JVR stays less in the ruck ... so he wouldn't be in the play too much. (Yeah, I know Neita was a forward, but he was the exception as a leader.)

I don't even want to think about presidents ....
  20. I'm not Old Dee, but I can say that from memory the atmosphere was electric. Having said that I was pretty young at the time.
