Yep .... Before we met them in the 1st game last year a dogs supporting workmate was all [censored]-a-hoop telling me they were gonna kill us. I replied " Dunno .... The dogs are prettier but we're gettin' it done in the trenches." He didn't listen 😅

They're playing better IMO. They know exactly what they're doing and when they're supposed to be doing it. I said in the gameday thread that watching the defensive structure move around the ground is like looking at art.

Kozzie just summed the club up "It's all defence really." Defence wins flags and we defend very, very well.

I enjoyed this weeks game alot more than last weeks game.

Apart from letting port kick junk time goals I was pretty happy with that. Last year we weren't pretty and won the flag. We're better this year but still plenty of room for improvement. We take the 4pts and move on to next week. The seasons a marathon .... Not a sprint.
