Christian Petracca hairline fracture.
The classic layman’s shinbone is the tibia, which carries the weight. The fibula (most of it) is for muscle attachment. Only the lower (ankle) end has much structural impact. So depends where it is. But in the context of this discussion, Smith was there and JVR wasn’t. As above, hairline fractures of the shin (=tibia) are what is referred to as “shin splints” I believe - Webber please comment. But as I understand these are cumulative stress fractures and not an acute impact injury. But, again, not really relevant to this discussion as CP5’s injury isn’t the tibia.

CHANGES: SF vs Brisbane
Undoubtedly - but doesn’t change the fact that he has been well below par.

Or make a statement when it really matters? But at least they do have a couple of contested marking options unlike us.

CHANGES: SF vs Brisbane
“…Brown won’t get dropped, even though he was embarrassing last night. He needs to play within the 50 metre arc and stop this ridiculous running up the ground…”. I would suspect that Brown would far prefer playing from the goal square and leading up. But also I suspect that his “ridiculous running up the ground” is obeying instructions and he would risk being dropped if he didn’t. AFL making it up on the fly … maybe they would send us to Kitty Litter Park? Actually possibly could if it were 🐈⬛ v 🦁 🤔

NON-MFC: Finals 2022 Week 01
And I am still, despite it making zero difference to the final result, peeeed off by the absence of a review of Max’s long goal in the GF. Not even queried in the commentary at the time. How about a retroactive review to set the score right?

Sadly we cannot have both Geelong and Collingwood out in straight sets this year.

TEAMS: QF vs Sydney
Tough call for Bowey, but Salem had to come back in. Interesting that JVR is in the emergency list .... something happening? He is the only real tall, though Joel I guess would be ahead of him.
