Hardly surprising Mr. Leg after the way this year has been played out. There appears to be something off field that has affected the on field performance. Would SG still be the coach if he was not given an extension before this season even started? Will we ever Know? Probably not. I have just put 2019 down to the continuing saga of our ineptitude that has been our constant partner for over half a century. Perennial loser status continues.

I heard him on 3aw last night. Caro went after him on gambling sponsorship. The AFL deal with betting is up this year. He used the if we don't take the money it will be lost to the AFL community. I once discussed the Healy incident with him, contrary to what was written back then he said he was so excited about getting onto the ground ( there was no interchange back then ) he simply charged off the bench and did not see Healy. He also told me that today a player would be suing the newspapers about some of what was said in the stories. He then added he was fairly sure that we are not better off today. Just suck it up and get on with life.
