It is hard to see him leaving WA and even less chance of him returning to the MFC. He was a good player for us but also very high maintenance. I would love to have his 47 goal season back but it won’t happen.

But would you want to do that if he wants to leave. The guy has lost the captaincy, the club pushed his old man out, the team is going nowhere fast and he may or not like the coach. It is not difficult to see why he would be looking around. He spent a good part of his early life in SA. Port seems an option to me. I have noticed that his conversations on field have dropped considerably and he is putting up good stats but if he was leaving he would want to keep putting in good performances to keep his value up. And why hasn’t he re signed. Looks like smoke and fire to me.

The other glaring thing in his statement is he has had this team for 4 years now if he cannot get that out of them after 4 years he never will.
