There a couple of facts involved in finding a home all close to G venues i.e. Toorak park etc. are too small, they have been investigated in the past. We will not get park land used for us. The 0nly hope is around the sporting precinct of Olympic / park / tennis area. As it looks this is very difficult if not impossible we are then faced with a green field site in docklands or future out in the suburbs. While we have a board welded to the G area none of those is going to happen any time soon. Get used to using Goschs, Casey and a seperate area for admin. For a long time.

You just said it JG, that we have been in wilderness for decades. It takes more than one year to make a lot of people think we will not crumble when the pressure comes on. Just like it did last week. The MFC has a large number of older members that find it difficult going to a night game that gets them home after midnight. Add that we are not great at playing the G and for a lot of people this game has us only going through the motions.

I could not have said it better. Underwhelmed and my confidence is heading south.
