11th in Moscow, the best ever finish by an Aussie female at a world championships. Well done girl. http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/adelaide-marathon-runner-jess-trengove-impresses-in-moscow-world-championships/story-fnig5e6k-1226694885665

Muse used to be alright, before they decided to become bubblegum pop.

How is he "clearly a good leader" PJ? I assume you don't mean on game day. Chosen by the players...according to Neeld. His captaincy selection has been a mistake. There is no two ways about that. He's been dreadful ever since. I agree that blaming Misson is nonsense.
-
This is the issue. I'm beginning to doubt whether he can. He's been played forward of centre this year and been even more useless. His entire game now seems to rest upon what his opponent does. It's fine to show leadership in your defensive game but offensively what is he offering us? He's a pick 2 for heaven's sake. He's too slow for this level, and until that's rectified, he's basically in the side because we have no-one better to replace him.
-
It's not as though this is Trengove's first underwhelming performance. To not have major concerns about his development is to put the head in the sand. You have to wonder what he'd be worth at this stage. By contrast, the guy with the [censored] haircut who was taken with the pick after him has been tearing up opposition at will this year.

6. Viney 5. Jones 4. Garland 3. McKenzie 2. Spencer 1. Watts Apologies to T Mac and Kent. Top 3 are the backbone of this club right now. Last year it was just Jones. Now he has a couple of mates.
-
Ahead of Jones and Viney? Don't think so YD. He did however have a decent game. His disposal and decision making stuck out like a sore thumb, as usual.
-
I thought Spencil was good. He and Gawn provide for a bright future in the ruck division. Unfortunately for Davis, he will have to put up a very good case for another AFL game. Completely out of his depth.
-
He went overboard, but they're still looking like very average footballers. We're not building an elite midfield with them in it if they don't vastly improve. You can already see the gulf in class between them and Viney for instance.

Still watching the coverage. Soulless rendition of a soulless song for a soulless club.
-
Not good enough from Byrnes. Not difficult chances and for a senior player, simply not good enough. Should've won it. Didn't. At least we have a decision to make on who gets votes this week.
-
Watts needed to do better then.
-
I love T Mac so much.
-
One of the best quarters of the year this one.
-
Agreed. His shot at goal from the pocket said at all. Never wanted to kick it from the outset.
-
No doubt McKenIe would be a useful inclusion as the tagger in a good side, but can we afford to carry him until we ARE a good side? Unconvinced, but a better performance certainly.
-
I'd give the career in comedy a miss Bazza.
-
Yep. His first goal came before he was moved back where is now playing as the loose man. His second goal he had acres of space running off HB. Quality finish after almost fluffing it.
-
Yes to both.
-
Bloody awful to watch but getting it back to a 4 point game is a good effort.
-
God we look amateurish at moving the ball. So static.
-
The entire commentary thus far has been one long suck session over Gold Coast's players.
-
Opening up now already.
-
Be quiet Shaw.

Quarter time lead. Bank it.
