Went today and came home feeling the same way I do when melbourne lose. Still the same stuff, not manning up properly horrible kicking and still cant win at Etihad. That 3rd quarter we got smashed. Scored nothing, zilch. They just ran and played on more and we couldnt keep up. Dunn just continues to bomb the ball out then start pointless melees and Maxy was there today and god help us if he ever goes down. Spencer is no back up. Anyway back to the drawing board.

Wonder how stevie J is feeling. He would have been handy around the packs today.

Ha read on twitter Spotless ran out of beer at 1/2 time. Obviously not used to catering for big crowds. well what a final. It was fantastic. 2 years ago the club was at an all time low. Years ago when a player was coming into his final year of there contract not much was said, but now its just mayhem. Contracts seem a bit pointless now. Clubs seem to target players from other clubs. Now Dustin Martin is being targeted which forces Richmond to look to extend it which they may not want to do at this point of the year. Media are saying that the 2 WA clubs believe Hogan is gettable this year. Maybe Jesse is just having a think on what he wants to do and with his dad the contract is probably the furthest thing from his mind. He may just come out int he next few months and sign on. But yes if this mayhem continues throughout next year and by june/july he still hasnt signed then he is going. The saga continues.

So now on to todays game. I get why people dont want the gianst to win but isnt Gold Coast the same? Didnt they get all these draft picks to and if they were to make it people wouldn't be as savage. Why doesnt the media just say his dad is ill and this is what Hogan has to weigh up about going home or not. Yes I know its a private family matter but when people like Damo on radio today say there is a private family matter or something along those lines people are going to speculate. I know we shouldn't expect the media to publish every family members story but how come it hasnt been said in the media about his dad. I didn't have a clue his dad is sick. If he hasnt signed half through the season I reckon he will go. But Im already sick of the speculation and the media stories.

If Hawthorn manage to get past the dogs and win in sydney then manage to pull off another GF win then I cant help but admire them, however next weeks game against the dogs will be so tough. Im not sure weather the cats could beat the swans in a GF. Isaac Smith's previous 11 scoring shots in finals were all goals, Im not sure if it was because of the moment but I felt he should have kicked that.
