    Rawlings has been around since the neeld days. We still dont have a proper game plan in terms of kicking out. The others came in from Roos apart from Chaplin. Sometimes a fresh voice is good and we may need to get some newbies in. I see the pies have snapped up Boyd already from the dogs. I think hodge would be great especially for someone like viney because he could help him out so much on how captaincy and leadership and would also be good for Oliver to I reckon. But I think the media beckons for him.

    Interesting if that did happen how hard geelong would have pushed for that game to be at simmonds. This is the worst the swans have played in a long time. Worse than last years gf. Taylor does look better in the backline and hawkins again hasnt done much.

    I gave the cats a chance tonight but never ever thought they would get out to this margin. Thankgod the swans played badly tonight and not last week. But I do admire the way geelong have responded. They were humiliated last week and they have come out tongiht to prove apoint. Next week Danger going back to the adelaide in a prelim against his old team for a spot in the big one. That should add something to it.

    Was going to go tonight but had to work. Listening to it on my way home. Sounds like geelong are doing well and the swans defenders are preoccupied with danger. Good move byScott to put danger in the goal square. Should have done it more last week. Anyway would love to see Sydney get knocked out.

    I knew that Trenners would probably get delisted but I still feel sad for the guy now it's confirmed. Foot injuries just wrecked him and at the time I was fine with him being captain but looking back now it shouldn't have happened. Thanks for busting your gut out for us and best of luck for your future.

    If it was any other player and not Shuey I don't think people would be going on about that last free kick. But as soon as Shuey got the ball I thought he will make sure he will get a free. Funny enough this time I thought it was there. It will be interesting to see how they go against GWS.I think they are a chance. No Cameron, Mumford on crutches and they arent playing great. But I hope Nathan Jones was sitting there yesterday watching his brother play in finals jealous as hell and use it in the pre season to motivate him. Jones has been around 10 years and played in only 1 final. Zac has already played in a gf and now gets to play in another finals series again.

    Wow what a ending. as soon as I saw it was Shuey, I thought yep he gets his ducking free. I can see why it was paid. Port had there chances especially in that 3rd quarter. I think we have found anew team thats hurting more than us.

    I nearly laughed when Hamish and Lingy said today what a remarkable come back from essendon going from wooden spooners to playing finals, they should be applauded. I will tell you why, because they wernt a bottom team that were like a Carlton, Brisbane or even Melbourne from years back where we were just crap. They got there players back who are pretty good and experienced. They were always going to ahve a better season. They got the wooden spoon because they lost all these players through there own wrong doing.

    Wow how good was it sitting back watching that 2nd half today knowing the game was over by 1/2 time. Swans were just awesome. Happy to see the scum out. Hope all the essenscum fans enjoy there bus ride home and I hope it was fun sitting there in the 2nd half knowing the game was over and you couldn't go home.

    Well Richmond will make the gf. Probably a Adelaide Richmond GF. Gee if its a Sydney Richmond gf that would be hard to stomach. My god I hope the boys watched this tonight and saw the relentless tackling pressure Richmond put on geelong tonight. If that was us playing Richmond tonight in that 1st quarter we would have been smashed with that pressure. We would have panicked and over handballed. But yes it is hard to watch. Tomorrow night will be worse because it should have been us playing port. Oh well. Thats what happens.

    Maybe someone should ave told Hawkins he is playing against Melbourne, then he may have snagged 7 as he only seems to do against us. I mean this team finished 2nd on the ladder and only managed to kick 4 goals. Thats pathetic. Going to be a long train ride home to geelong.

    Exactly. Look how the saints thrashed them only a matter of weeks ago. Geelong finished 2nd. This is not a team that finished 2nd that is out there tonight. Is Martin really that hard to tackle? As for Dangerfield, seriously what happened to him at the beginning of that final quarter? He just butchered the ball and made dumb decisions. Mark Richmond down in the GF already. I mean they will face either Port, WC or GWS in a home prelim. Easy ride through. Now we have to put up with richmond feral for 2 weeks while they carry on. although I must admit it would be exciting as a tigs fan sitting there enjoying the final moments knowing you have it in the bag and are in a prelim.

    Sliding rule Seriously I know this game is close and Richmond applied great pressure in the 1st quarter especially but this game has been shocking. But both teams have kicked 4 and 5 goals respectively. Adelaide kicked more by this time in pouring rain. anyway I hope Geelong come back and win and the cameras pan to the tigs fans in the cheer sqaud. However I fear the tigs will hold on and make it o the Grand final.

    Richmond should easily be 4 or 5 goals up. But only 9 points. It would be typical richmond to drop this game and I would laugh if they did.

    Seriously the guy is awesome to watch. Give me him than Rance. Seriously the guy ducked and virtually head butted taylors knee and then goes down like he was shot, then sooks it up to the ump then abuses the trainer who was only trying to help him stem the blood flow. Not the first time he has dropped easily either. and he was made AA captain. My god. Hope the cats smash em.

    How about the way the crows played. Gee they looked good. Hardly wasted the ball, kicked it long and did not overuse the handpass. Itwas actually nice to watch a team just kick and not just handpass handpass handpass. Even when it was wet they used it well. And now they get Sloane back for the home prelim. I agree about Leon Cameron. He does have negative body language. Look how he carried on when they played us.

    That rumour was knocked on its head and hasnt gone any further. But interestingly on 7 news tonight they said it was more the bulldogs that are pushing Jake towards a trade. If we were to get him the dogs would want something good in return. he was a number 5 pick after all.
