Gee just on the train and stopped at Richmond. The games still going and the platform is full of hawks fans. Gee they can't even stay until the end. Look if someone said before the match we would win by 26 points we would have said great. Yes I didn't see brisbane kicking 7 in a row to come back but a few years ago we would have capitulated and they would have run over us. Gold Coast don't seem to be missing Ablett

I know it's a bit late but havent had a chance to get near a computer but good on Adelaide for making sure Rance played 1 on 1 footy and had to have an opponent to look after rather than just let him do what he does best. Yes he had a good 2nd half but he was made accountable in the 1st half and I hope other clubs do this. Should we be throwing money at Lynch?

It has just clicked tonight hearing nic nats name no longer do I have to hear or worry about the watts/nic nat comparison. Good comeback by the eagles though. Set up for a great final term.

Argh! So frustrating. Our inability to lay a tackle was frustrating at times. It's the basic stuff we stuffed up. That 2nd quarter was where we lost it. It was a good comeback and actually a good game to watch but my god it was painful to lose. I thought Gawn had that in the bag. Admittedly Menzel missed 2 sitters which would have snuffed out the game. But as a leader Gawn needs to kick those. Lewis gave away that dumb 50 as well which didn't help. I know it is not his fault at all but when Hunt had the ball with about 10 seconds to go he just needed to barrel that in quicker instead of just hanging onto it looking for a target. Should have just got it onto the boot and banged it in. We tamed Hawkins but it was Menzel we actually needed to worry about in the end. Oh and if I hear how good Ablett's game was I will be annoyed. Yes he had 39 but how many kicks did he butcher and how many times was he tackled with the ball? They wernt great 39 possessions. Footy season is back and its still as frustrating as ever.

Gee im sick of hearing how good Rance is. Yes we know he is a good defender but coaches don't give him a 1 on 1 to go with. He is just free to do what he wants. Silvagni was playing as a defensive forward but that hasn't worked. Anyone can get the ball when they don't have to watch an opponent. anyway I expected this to be well and truly over.
