Harry Sharp
King is very good at giving players roles that really suit their strengths and backing them in.

POSTGAME: Rd 04 vs Gold Coast
Ok we have recruited very well and the young guys are inspiring the older guys. But it’s the coach!! A very smart man and the boys absolutely love him!

POSTGAME: Rd 02 vs Fremantle
The kids still need a year or two to develop. It’s always going to be hard to be up against seasoned pros like Brayshaw and co. But what I find disappointing is guys like Rivers and Sparrow, who just can’t seem to get to that next level and match it with the quality mids of the competition. It’s always up to Gawn to save us. Not sure about Petty either, I just see him as a battler.

Max Gawn.... A giant of a gentleman and bloody good bloke
I’d say Maxy would have to be a top 3 of all time Demons. Possibly just behind or equal with Barassi and Flower.

Inside Game Day vs St Kilda
Kingy just seems like the sorta coach youd run through brick walls for. Funny too! Love the Will Ferrell reference. A good sense of humour is so underrated as it makes it a fun environment and creates good vibes.

PREGAME: Rd 02 vs Fremantle
TMac because he can take a big grab down back, can chop out n the ruck and Freo have good talls so we need an extra. Sparrow the only out for mine.

Mihocek - Very important key piece of the puzzle Gawn - absolute superstar! King- Just what we needed , such a great game plan and everyone seems to love him!

NON-MFC: Round 01
We are seeing an era where all the northern states and newer teams are getting a leg up and especially with Tassie coming in It’s already too late for teams like Essendon, West coast , North Melbourne and Carlton to get much better. Weve done the right thing investing in youth over the last couple of years as a long term success strategy.

Farewell Clayton Oliver
It’s funny how the media throng never get into the dogs for losing Bailey smith and Dunkley, or even Adelaide when they lost Danger. Even more perplexing is now that Grundy is performing well , it’s the Demons who let him go, and no mention of the Pies at all. They just love sinking the boots into this club of ours at every opportunity.
