I don't EXpect to lose this game, but do not want US to go in a bit unprepared. not hungry enough or sharp enough. Up against it is where we play our toughest footy. We are coming off a soft game last week, and that is always dangerous in the players head-department. Staying tuned. Beware the Crow, feasting on carrion.
-
I just read the article; he won't play if their sensible. Same foot. they won't risk it even if its not the turf toe thing, as they all relate symbiotically. It needs rest, and after the crows game, its a short turnaround for the doggies game. I expect TMc to be back for Q/Birthday. Welcome back Pedo.

It's more like a cooky cutter, DC. with that roof open.
-
I would like to see what he's like, in our new team and attitude.
-
The Crows are set to welcome back A grader Crouch, for the indigenous round game in the Alice. Also Wayne Milera (hamstring) and defender Luke Brown are expected to be available. Is the D's bubble ready to burst, after a run of 4 on the trot ? Viney still well underdone, and we haven't beaten anyone of note, yet. Will the D's be ahead of themselves this week, after a handful of wins. This game on the big stage, will be our biggest test of the Year. Are we ready, or are we pretending, again?

I have nothing to base my judgement on other than PJ was always very appreciative of Mahoneys abilities, so i was just trying to guess who might get that position. I don't know anything about CEO operations, to really base any idea from. PJ's thoughts will do me.

Or Blue free. Those Carton players should wear brown recycled jumpers. IMV. The type they used to use to white-ant others players,,,, with those recycled brown bags, 3 bags full sir. And its said that's what that white circle in the heart of their jumper is,,, an embryonic white-ant.

Interesting possibility !

who luvs ya baby

I do not want to lose Weide. I believe he will be our tall forward/follower as he grows his game. A beaut kick as well. And a powerful mark around the ground, who will crash packs and bodies, like his GrandPa.
-
Sloane is more of what we need imo. over Lynch. A swing player similar to the mold of Steven May would be handy, but I wonder if TSmith could do that ? I think Smith is potentially very handy player.
-
And not weak kneed either. like a cretain catter.
-
And we should be doing likewise... talk him up DJ. The pies also want Lynch. And no doubt, quietly would like Gaff as well. And we should be into all of them,,,, until we see where the lye of the land is.
-
Do we really need Gaff? or would it/we be better, with a HF/Mid, who has a touch of magic inside the 50 ? Think StevieJ.
-
thats right its mind over matter, for buggy. and for big MaxxxyMouse.
-
He can actually, but he has to learn to be more mindful... get over his fears. and grow a steady mind, for Goal, and kicking.
-
wait ! that's not it either... how in Hell did Heppell get into it?
-
LoL. this wasn't aimed at our indigenous at all, but rather wanting us to get into the Crows heads. I wanted to use another image I liked but couldn't find a way to load it.

Yep, it seems that a lot of footy people think its good to have all our best players the same age, but all i can see is they will all retire together, leaving us in a deep hole again. And the salary cap is not great, when all players the same age bracket. Spread them, so we can spread the cap space. Yes gaff would be good but I think the crows are a bigger danger than Eagles. Gut feel. I might be wrong, but I think the Eagles were truer last couple of years. But Maybe Mitchell has changed their mindsets over there. I reckon the Crows have more ability on-field, and more class. but maybe lack speed/agility. too big last year???
-
Yeah , but we at Melbourne have always paid players too highly, with thoughts we were closer than we really were. > fools gold. we are now ridgy-didge, and moving along. we should have played fianls last year , but for some wrong decisons, we shot ourselves in the Foot !... literally. The trouble is, IF we are still paying Some too highly, then we are up against it again before our players start to play real finals type football. I suspect that Hogan? may have been getting O/payed ??? maybe some others who might need a haircut. Because whilst we are getting really close, we are not there just yet, in our list. And I do not want to go the way of Port last year, throwing all Eggs at their target. buying in skilled NQR's, to fill holes. We need more speed, but in a package that has courage and some dare-to mojo. > Sloane helps here We need more class inside > Sloane. Oli not enough... salem??? we don't have enough. Lynch of the crow variety, would be handy to replace wattshisface. HF/Mid. but De Goey would be better... with more agility and dash. I think the players need to be team first right now before the club is forced to Over-Commit financially which could end up with us missing out on playing for the cup,,, yet again. I would hope TMc sets the lead for us, buy not taking too much. He would look good with a Prem medal around that neck.

Yes but team balance says, Spargo if rested, should be changed with Garlett, Re the goalkicking, and dash/agility.. Spargo's agility to change direction when defending or to evade is Key. Needs to be like for like, to maintain the balance we have. I think Bugg is competing with Harmes and Hannan as a forward. Maybe Bu7gg should be working on his engine, and run with skills, to become a nasty serial pest.

I'm just guessing Red, according to figures bandied about Re AFL players. IMO some are paid far too highly. see danger. Near $800,000.00 over 5years, is a lot of moola. I am a leftist you know, so I don't believe in the few, taking the most.

Nate has been a great of the Club, and his desire for success in Massive. And he has a few left in him. Thanks Nat. It would be good if he was still el capitano, if we Won a silver cup?
