I am disappointed of what Robbo said, but I loved him too much as a player to have hatred for him. I think we could of kept Robbo for one more year. Puts too much pressure on Jurrah and Watts. Ok now Our likely 3 targets up forwards are Bate,Miller, and Jurrah. if one of those three get injuried, say Miller got injuried we are down to Bate and Jurrah, and if one of those get injuried we then probably have to look at using Sylvia at C.H.F like in 2008. Although this may give more time for Martin to spend time up forward and if Garland can get fit then we can use him down there. We cannot get rid of Miller. Every team has there old wise forward we don`t at the moment. Thats why I wanted to keep Robbo. So then if we break down with injury again like the last two years we still have old Robbo supporting Bate,Miller and Jurrah.

Would love for Beamer to be Captain. Would be a great story. Passionate Dees supporter as a kid grows into the Captain of the Melbourne Football club. Leading clearance player with about 90 clearances for the year, And got 21 games under his belt in 2009. The thing I love most about Beamer he uses it well by hand with, big,long handballs that can set up play, and his massive long right boot. His decision making improved almost every week. He`ll give you 100% every week, week in & week out, and wins his fair share of the footy. Love him, Absolutely love him. Should continue next year without any injury interruptions.

Mclean deal not finalized yet. MELBOURNE expects the Brock McLean-for-pick 11 deal to be one of the first completed during this week's trading, despite a late suggestion by Carlton that it would seek an added exchange of picks for the onballer. Jamar is a beautiful kick. But not a beautiful kick for goal. Get someone on the goal line saying "Kick it to me Jamar", and he will nail it. His ruckwork has really impressed me this year, Massive improver. Should continue. I don`t know why some posters on this site favour Spencer and Meesen as our number 1 ruckman. It is defiantly Jamar number one.
