We have a pathetic midfield. There is no talent there. Moloney is a dud I hate to say it. He won a b&f but who was going to beat him? Jones has heart but not much else. You're right they are all the same. Not saying we must produce a Jude (would be nice) but we need a player that has good hand skills and can read the play well. At the moment we have neither

Over the past 3yrs we have only beaten Essendon and Richmond. That alone is the reason we 1. will not make the 8 2. why we will sack Bailey. It's pathetic!

For so many years this club has asked us for things money, support while rebuilding etc. But now its time they give us something back. A NEW COACH! A coach that can teach pressure, skill (yes players need to be taught those things) etc. Oh and most importantly have a game plan that works. Know matter what people say we have a game plan it is just very poor. I know we have a massive injury list but that doesn't stop us from attacking the ball hard and applying pressure. Instead we choose to defend from the opening bounce. WOW exciting stuff dees. I have not missed a game in Victoria since 2000 but to be honest with you im losing the passion to support this club
