I believe the field for the next CEO is:
Karen Hayes, Brian Waldron or Danny Corcoran.
Cameron Schwab is a romantic notion but contracted to Freo for another year.
And congrats Craig on tonight receiving life membership of the mighty Melbourne Football Club, the oldest professional football club in the world. Life membership of Demons. Something most of us on this board could only dream of achieving.
"I've got pictures of the Woewodins, Daniel Bell, my family, my brother's wedding, the Broadbridge Education Centre, the boys from the Melbourne footy club, swimming with Jules Lund and the crew from the Reach Foundation.

I know this Peter Lawrence, and this is absolutely not true. He was having some sport with Scott Palmer (who wouldn't), and he is as amazed as anyone that "Keep Punchin'" took him at his word and published it as fact.
Remember this whenever you read his bull....
And Carlton will live now and forever with the idelible taint of the tank. And we'll say in years to come how the AFL had to change the rules because of it.
No player is worth that stain on your club forever.
Good old navy blues - the white sox of the AFL
Have some information. Judd was definately NOT offered the captaincy. Not even mentioned. Some of you know Allus gets good info, and this is definate. It is important to know we have not comrpomised the current leadership group on any way.

Downhill skiers, getting ahead of ourselves, being "switched off" for a should-win game, just making the eight in a form slump, players selected on reputation, sporadic second efforts, losing whenever and wherever the slightest excuse allows us to, no faith in untried players, floating across the surface of seasons. This all ends now. It is a new era, starting 31 August 2007. A new MFC. A tough, no compromise, win at all costs MFC. Welcome to the new era Dean Bailey.

Imagine a year with a normal injury rate. Imagine some renewal of form for a few players (I haven't even included White and Green, who I think could both do a lot better even though they aren't 'failing' at present).
Throw in a high draft pick or two and a driven, energetic coach...
