Always the way isn't it!

Another one before the half would be handy.

Petracca really needs to lift. He's been a little bit of a lul recently. Come on Trac.

Agree Abe. McDonald is a great overhead mark and has long lanky arms, difficult for a backman to spoil. Hogan is more of a CHF, he has a tank (so does McDonald) and likes to be involved in the thick of the action. Frost/OMAC, Lever, Gawn & Oliver, Hogan, TMAC. Not a bad spine.

Would rather pay twice as much for Zak than go after Zaka.

Welcome to Demonland: Jake Lever

apparently Dons are gunning for him. -
The game after playing in Darwin has always been difficult to recover for, if previous years are to go by.

Somehow i don't think Doull will ever forget her!

The Curnow v Weideman Debate Reprised

Weid was always going to take longer to develop than Curnow. Sam is a true KPF whereas Curnow is a KPF who will eventually move into the midfield. -
Clarry shouldn't have put himself in that situation, but he is not 100% liable as the majority have made him out to be. Sure educate him on how to better deal with such situations, but christ, i'm hoping behind closed doors the club have supported him 100% and left him in no doubt that they have his back, We have more important things to worry about than this attention-[censored], starting with this week. Nonetheless, Clarry should have the clubs backing and know he has the clubs backing (i don't have to see it publicly, just hope it is being given).

Haven't cared about the draft for 2 years now. Didn't know too many player's in last year's draft, know even less in this years draft. The only kids i have really heard of are Rayner and Davies-Uniacke. It's nice not to look at the draft until draft day!

How long until the media nuffies link 2 and 2 together and start blaming Clarrie for global warming? The kid is on fire, surely the heat he's creating is causing the rising temperatures!

Brisbane, Filth, Aints and Norf are one's we have to win to be any chance of pushing for top 4 (and more importantly, also securing us a finals birth). We'd need to win 2 out of Crows, PA and GWS to make the top 4. Probably beyond us, but you never know. We're probably more likely to take a scalp from those 3 and drop one against a team we should beat.

Send it to the club, and ask them why they feel the need to role over, when instead they should be sticking by Clarrie. Clearly this bloke thinks it's ok to verbally abuse someone and give them the bird, yet the moment he gets something returned he is the innocent one. This imbecile tries to call out Oliver for being weak, yet he seems to be the spineless one in all this. Don't know whether to think of it as moronic irony, or an ironic moron!

Jeez he was very forthright in addressing Jay Clark's question. Very much a 'i don't care what the external world thinks culture should look like, i will decide what my teams culture will be'. A big middle finger to all the keyboard warrior Journalists and even Bolton, in thinking that their perspective on what culture is, should be universal. Goodwin has really grown into the role of being able to present well to the media. He was scratchy when he first started as coach during the JLT series in 2016, but he is now able to compose himself and be very direct. "Look i'll sit down with Clayton, if that's what happened, i'll sit down, but clearly Clayton's not going to react to something.....unnecessarily. So let's wait and get all the information on the table eh? Before we start....criticising people" Too [censored] right! I'm not one that has developed the confidence in his coaching ability to blindly follow Goodwin, but after his press conference performance today, that blindfold isn't looking too daunting.

White, Wagner, Viney, Bugg out. Jkh, ?, ?, ? In

We've kicked 1 goal in 45 minutes of football. Inexcusable. Even without our regular forwards, we still line up with 6 forwards.

Viney

Wagner is not a footballer (well a good one anyway), White is meant to be a decent kick......so they say. Goody finally moves Hunt to the back line, so that's a tick. Do we have 18 guys out there, cos they have numbers everywhere and in a paddock. We have been very fumbly and reactionary. Need to respond by playing smart, simple football. Change up the need for tall forwards, put Trac as the focal point down there and tell the mids to lift their [censored] game.

Dog act. Intentional, high, off the ball, severe impact. 6 weeks, need to stamp out acts like that.
-
He'd be in the top 3. Him, Hardwick and Bolton would be the 3. We all know how Goody is going, Hardwick has gone some way in turning around the Tiger ship (they are 7-5, maybe 8-5 after today), and Bolton is doing wonders at the Blues this year.

It doesn't take much of a hit to the chin to get someone off balance. Oliver was clearly stunned, just look at boxers taking a side swipe on the chin, it messes with their inner ear equilibrium.
-
All those that think our KPD's are sufficient enough need only look at how Petrie and McGovern have dismantled our back line tonight. We need another quality back man to help us move up the ladder.
-
Totally agree.
