  1. I think it was RGRS that pointed out that the other two Richmond players (Grigg and C.Ellis?) didn't want a bar of it either. Their body language was more "yeah, we saw it, please don't kill him".
  2. Can't see them dropping Harmes. Frost first out for Petracca. Brayshaw second out for Oliver. Would be happy for neither, one or both to occur.
  3. To be fair to Bugg, he's probably not used to playing in front of an actual crowd.
  4. I'm pretty sure what sparked it was Tommy Bugg. The lad's gob was open all night.
  5. Anyone watching the Roos press conference? LOL. That's what I was like after the North game.
  6. User Actions Follow Andrew WuVerified account‏@wutube Alex Rance just did what every Melbourne supporter has wanted to do to Jack Watts #AFLDeesTigers
  7. How good is this AFL game? I wish I'd started watching it before this year.
  8. I nearly threw up when I heard that. Wasn't quite sure who punched who in the head while they were lying on the ground for a second there.
  9. Rance punches Watts in the head after giving away a free, as Watts lies on the ground. Pig.
  10. Like the Tyson of old, he's strong and he's- Sorry.
  11. I can see myself with a headache in half an hour's time, regardless of the outcome. How stressed?
  12. Anything you've seen that you have enjoyed tonight Clint?
  13. I reckon Hardwick was just desperate. I can't see anything to be gained by tricking the MFC, and I doubt anyone would fall for it in any case.
  14. A few finals wouldn't hurt his tally either.
  15. I doubt they were trying to trick us, just giving their best player the absolute maximum amount of time to get up for the game.
  16. They would have exactly the same number, you'd think, since their AFL lists are the same size as ours and their VFL team has to also field the same number as our VFL team. Obviously Casey fields a dev league team too, but I doubt Petracca and co spend much time with those fellas.
  17. I just don't think he can possibly be that "slow" if he got on the end of it 30 times (more than any other Casey player) and kicked 2. I reckon speed is hard to judge and people get it wrong all the time - I remember thinking how horribly slow Hawthorn looked when they were getting towelled by Adelaide early in the game last night. Suddenly they started winning contests and getting some outside spread and the same mob of people didn't look slow at all. Obviously Trenners isn't slow relative to the VFL players or he'd not have had the touches he did, yet others thought he looked it. I think the only way to find out if his touch translates in the seniors is to put him in there, though as I alluded to in my previous post, there's no glaring hurry or need to at this stage.
  18. Nowhere for the time being. Injuries, poor form and opportunities will come though. No player capable of playing AFL footy has ever been kept out of a side for an entire season.
  19. 30 touches and 2 goals - not too bad for a slow hack!
  20. This is a really bizarre thing to argue about. It seems everyone is in agreement that Toumpas is playing awfully - you seem to be taking exception to the fact that some feel a bit bad for him. Is that correct?
  21. Yes - when it occurs, the posts actually post twice, so all old double posts will remain. I'm more interested in whether or not recently made posts have come up twice. I haven't seen any for a while.
  22. Except Petracca, by the sounds of it!I Love the story, Ron. It has no relationship whatsoever with reality, but I still love it.
  23. Most of those players either haven't played much for Casey lately or have been bit parts. The only players they will miss are ANB (assuming he is the MFC emergency) and possibly OMac. The core of the side that annihilated Frankston and Collingwood is still there - I can't see any justification for Williamstown being favourites over the side on top of the ladder with 300%.
  24. See replies above! Good stuff Smithy - catch up next time. I'd have sent you a PM to sort something out this time except I was pretty much unable to commit to anything. As it was it took all my willpower to drag myself to the footy - glad I did though!
  25. At birth.
