  1. I don’t think that Hunt is a particularly bad kick, but rather he doesn’t steady himself before kicking it, too often trying to kick when at full pace
  2. Am surprised the word I used is censored..
  3. The author of the article is a [censored]. I love Jones, but he is far from our most important resigning, as is Ablett at Geelong, by putting ageing veterans in his most important signings takes away a lot of credibility
  4. It is actually the first time I have ever had anything like a dig at Saty, my comment was made as I found the “ex-basketballer goggles” comment quite condescending (though I actually agree with the point he was making, to me it is ludicrous to be worrying about a category B rookie in his first few weeks of training)
  5. Please do post it, I am sure that this one picture will be more than enough to change DrDee’s mind, surely your pic will provide him with more evidence than what he would get from watching live training for over an hour.
  6. 5 even 6 years. Are those posts serious? 3 years should make all parties very happy.
  7. 2017 suggests he can 2018 he can’t
  8. Really? Living here, I had never noticed. (Get the sarcasm this time?)
  9. A great alliance for both the club and the NT, long may it continue. Love the way you talk about the “climate” in the NT, because Alice and Darwi; have very similar climates?
  10. With respect to Jack, it wasn’t his peers that chose him as captain.
  11. We can’t make him defend, no-one can
  12. Menzel is a very smart medium forward who can really hurt teams on the scoreboard, he will get a gig somewhere, that said, not with us. He doesn’t fit with our game style, so would be staggered if we were to recruit him. Neade in the other hand, may be worth considering, but I haven’t seen him enough to have an informed opinion
  13. While I get, understand and agree with most of your post, he was talked up from season one big time as what he did in his first season on the ground put others to shame, he just hasn’t really put the foot down, but if and when he does, he will be a scary opponent to play against
  14. Have seen a Demons members scarf for sale in a department store in Hyderabad, India
  15. Is this the guy with dreadlocks who completely disappeared in the VFL finals?
  16. Pick 65 is what it is (not 55) and it is not a kick in the teeth, it is a mild bump off the ball, the sort of bump that makes you laugh
  17. Good on him. Love his choice of clothing. Will never forget the looks I got when I rocked up to my graduation at Monash in dirty jeans and an old jumper?
  18. Very true, but those two years would have been invaluable for Hogan’s development, something that shouldn’t be discarded
  19. Do remember, what we remember as Hogan’s first year was actually his third year in the system and in that year, he didn’t perform comparably to how Weid did in some huge games to finish this season. (Don’t get me wrong, I rate Hogan enormously and was gutted when I first thought about him leaving, but I do believe we will be a better team with the inclusion of May)
  20. He won’t be at his peak next year, but he will be an important player
  21. I have said it since before his good games in the finals, but Weid gave a taste of what is to come, the kid is very aggressive in the air, he will kick his fair share of goals, but his competitiveness will lead to many more. Next year will be about development and improvement, but expect to see many and regular glimpses of his potential next year
  22. Not yet, but I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up being better.
  23. He is too much of a coward to eat it
  24. Hope you took your white feather
