  1. concussion would be more of an issue acl is, relatively speaking, something than be recovered from with time and training but a 'medical retirement' forced upon a player due to abnormal brainwaves cannot be reversed
  2. he's also been 'beaten' by a tagger it won't be the first nor the last time it happens
  3. 50m up in the air, 40m downfield
  4. welcome to the internet, yr gonna love it
  5. you would have dropped oliver after the filth game? when he was our ONLY midfielder - other than first year wing caleb windsor and the skipper - to get more than 20 possessions? when he was 3rd for clearances behind gawn and anb? when he was 7th for metres gained? when he was equal 2nd for goal assists? really??
  6. the minute you get a 'vibe' that something bad is going to happen, yr already in
  7. that'd be the mfcss - welcome to the club! as a long time sufferer, i recognise yr affliction and just want you to know that there's no known cure it has only gone away for a month, in october 2021, and quickly came back when all the news about dogga signing a long term extension was dismissed in november 2021
  8. if yr saying a player is going to retire as a result of an injury that's the epitome of mfcss - "when things are glum there's worse to come"
  9. wants to be an inside midfielder wouldn't be in the dogs' best 5 starting inside mid types behind bontempelli, liberatore, richards, macrae, and treloar
  10. this is all very mfcss with the 'he's going to retire' i mean, it's 50/50 really, isn't it? either he will or he won't i'm presuming come rd 1, 2025, he'll be prowling around the square
  11. i thought puddy tatts were red hot favourites to land him from a long way back? be interesting to see what footscray wants for him
  12. i'm all about the 'ellen' train too he's injured currently but there's also doubts as to whether or not he's in the peptides' best 22 as he's a midfielder only - no impact on play as a half-back / half-forward knocks on him would be lack of speed and usefulness of disposal so...tricky in terms of effective role for us
  13. outstanding @Tolstoys Nudge
  14. he's got a cafe that he loves down there?
  15. well, it's what i'mma always think of him as now
  16. he was our best midfielder against the filth by some margin he's not playing as badly as some of the hyperbole would have you believe
  17. it's exactly what he needs remind him of how hard you need to work to be successful i'd much rather he play 5 good games in the afl than 5 great ones in the vfl
  18. make up yer mind, kids
  19. fantastic stuff for andy moniz-wakefield what's his nickname @WalkingCivilWar?
  20. good grief you don't run makybe diva at the boort racetrack
  21. tomlinson is an unrestricted free agent, but they might want to trade for him... he could walk to the aints and fit right into their backline...mostly cos we're picking up battle as our own ufa from them...
