The List Manager Tim Lamb
he's just not quick enough, either by foot or in his decision-making based on what i've seen of him at vfl level this year, and in previous years, he's a list clogger giving him three years two years ago was a terrible piece of list management

NON-MFC: Round 21
tell that to crom teammates he abandonded; they like him as much as they like lever hardly; we started like dingley last week, finished like the crom!
-
Wade Derksen
spargo is a free agent given how we've mismanaged his injuries for 2-3 years, he should walk
-
Wade Derksen
you'd hope he costs us absolutely nothing 2022 mid-season rookie draft (edit: had no idea this was a thing; but it's what they say on the franchise's website bio for him) selection who will turn 25 midway through 2026 he should not be worth more than a fourth round pick, if that

NON-MFC: Round 21
i really hope that dingley fails to make the 8

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
kornes will froth over it for whatever reason, he thinks dingley and sam mitchell can do no wrong it's why i hold out hope that they'll slip out of the 8 and bevo's dogs - who kornes does not rate as a coach - replace them

The List Manager Tim Lamb
Stephen May - keep Jacob van Rooyen - keep Christian Salem - assess trade options, likely keep Judd McVee - hopefully keep, but clearly has value Christian Petracca - trade if the deal suits Caleb Windsor - keep Jack Viney - keep Jake Lever - trade if the deal suits Charlie Spargo - keep, but i think he'll leave as an rfa Daniel Turner - keep Max Gawn - keep Koltyn Tholstrup - keep Clayton Oliver - trade if the deal suits Jack Billings - delist Ed Langdon - keep Bailey Laurie - under contract, so keep Jake Bowey - keep Jake Melksham - keep Harvey Langford - keep Xavier Lindsay - keep Matthew Jefferson - keep Blake Howes - keep Shane McAdam - under contract, so have to keep Trent Rivers - keep Tom McDonald - up to him; ideally keep Jed Adams - keep Marty Hore - delist Will Verrall - keep Tom Campbell - unbelievably, keep Harry Sharp - keep Bailey Fritsch - trade if the deal suits Tom Sparrow - keep, unless we can get something for him, which i doubt Tom Fullarton - delist Kalani White - hopefully! Harrison Petty - keep Kysaiah Pickett - keep Kade Chandler - keep Ollie Sestan - keep Ricky Mentha, Jr. - keep Taj Woewodin - delist Nathan Brown - delist Aidan Johnson - keep Jack Henderson - delist Luker Kentfield - keep Andy Moniz-Wakefield - keep Jai Culley - keep so of our current list i have 6 set to go at the end of the year - we don't even have that many picks in the draft, as yet if the following scenarious played out... mcvee: fremantle seems to be the talk of the town, so if we can get something for him, it may be an option - imagine the offer will start at 2nd round petracca: trade to dingley for carlton's first round pick + james worpel...then watch on in horror as he becomes this generation's shaun burgoyne where he plays in three more flags and we draft the equivalent of john 'the future' butcher lever: if we could get something of value from north for him, great, but i don't think it'll happen spargo: his body has been mismanaged; he should leave as a free agent - think he'll be good value for a contender as he's so smart with the ball in hand...if only he'd get it more oliver: can't see us getting anything of value for him laurie: can't see anyone wanting him; if we could get something for him - amassing points to cover white, sinnema, or prasad in 2026 or some such would mean he'd be going out for a top 40 pick, which i just don't see happening campbell: i'm amazed another club hasn't approached him in the last few years; you can't tell me he's not a better tap ruckman and likely around the ground player than stanley as an example fritsch: don't think we can replace his goalkicking personally, and i don't know if he'd be as 'valued' as he should be, but clubs would be mad not to chase him imo; could be a 'finisher' for a bears, a filth, a footscray or potentially replace tex as third banana at the crom sparrow: i just don't rate him and i guess we're stuck with him so that would be mcvee, trac, spargo, potentially fritsch off the list as well - that's potentially 10 list changes with the delistees, for one player in, in worpel, who i think is more likely to stay at dingley or go to another team where he's at a 'cotender' no idea who we are looking at bringing in other than kalani white, toby sinnema, and seemingly wade derksen

Trade Targets
a good read of speculative fiction these trade stories are designed to drive clicks and ad revenue - they get far more attention than any other sort of content little basis in reality of what's actually happening, or not all guessing games
-
Farewell Judd McVee
there's not many clubs that plays those thought of as their 'best players' repeatedly in the 2s de goey and bobby hill got a half to get a run of competitive footy under their belts in the vfl, coleman got a game and broke down again straight away, doedee the same... if yr 'best players' are fit you play them where they may actually help you i look at mihocek coming back from 4 weeks out; straight back into the seniors as an example
-
Farewell Judd McVee
I personally think it’s less about wanting to kick him out and now - given that he may have actual value for us in the meat market, if he does indeed want to return home to Perth - may be the time when he wants to leave Personally I don’t see much in him moving into the midfield; lock down small defender who can rebound is a very important position and - prior to this injury hit season - he was tracking to be up there with Starcevich as one of the best in the competition
-
Trade Targets
you can understand why - they're crying out for leadership and experience, particularly defensively

Tairon Ah-Mu - No access for Dees NGA Talent

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
not for $1.3 rising to $1.7m a year by the time they're in their mid 30s we wouldn't oliver is playing like a vfl plodder and trac kicks the ball like he's never held a footy in his life
-
Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
i thought they were offering their future first, i.e. this year's first rounder (which could end up being in the late 20s) i agree, fwiw - not worth trading him for that
-
Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
unfortunately, jake niall was right - oliver should have been traded to geelong at the end of last season for a first round pick he has next to no value now trac, presumably, might, but i don't think it'll be as high as i would love it to be - perhaps a late first / swap to move higher up the order in the second round or some such if we look at him and think 'he can't kick' then i imagine every other team would be saying the same
-
Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
if he goes go there it'll remind me of when junior burgoyne went to them after one premiership with the pear, a few almost seasons, a tough run, a big injury, a fall out with the club (he wanted to be captain, as did his coach), and then a trade to the hawks if trac gets three premierships with dingley while we get the equivalent of john butcher i will, as per plough, fair dinkum SPEW UP
