  2. from someone who has seen what this terrible disease does on both sides. I wish him and his family all the best , I hope he spends what time he has with family and makes memories for them. Its so very hard going forward as a widowed partner with young children
  3. Just another headline grab .... Harvey you are becoming irrelevant . Sad to watch a good footballer in his day go down this path, he has lost his spotlight and now will be saying nearly anything to get a headline . Dont wast your time even reading his stuff . Even if Hogan did go back Harvey would have no idea, he is just hedging his bets here

he is only 26 isn't he ? he should have 5-7 years and maybe longer and won't cost a draft pick , just salary cap space which we have
  8. I thought Queens Birthday was !!
  9. I would like to see more at our game than the Coll v Dons this year
  10. 100% correct, from my own experience watching/ caring for my wife as she had terminal cancer , she passed 18 months ago no one understands how anyone feels about this, we knew and had warnings but not a day goes by that its not on your mind, even now after time , it doesn't stop . I draw strength from this with my own treatment now. but i still we go on everyday. try to be normal Jesse is a very strong Young man and has proven this with his determination and chats we have had. I and glad to see him flying and hope soon we will see him holding up a cup .......
  11. has he signed with us yet ? any real info ?
  12. markc replied to Pates's topic in Melbourne Demons
we finally don't have to rush our kids to play , let the club take time with him he WILL repay it , we wrecked so many picks making the kids play early
  13. what are they hiding THIS TIME
  14. should never be able to coach again , or involved in afl. he has done enough damage and been found guilty
  15. one them will win a AFL premiership .......
  16. i think you might find Frawley got closer to 750 a year , he was one of the highest paid players at Hawthorn . in the top 5.
  17. this is the problem , when Like Crows they low balled some players time will tell but Wines has to be worth as much if not more than most you have mentioned he will get way more if he returns to Vic ... time will tell
  18. Done deal: Lever joins Demons Adelaide will receive two first-round draft picks in exchange for defender Jake Lever after a trade deal was struck with Melbourne on Thursday morning at Etihad Stadium. The Crows will get pick No.10, a future first-round selection and a future fourth-round selection from the Demons and send Lever, pick No.35 and a future third-round selection to Melbourne.
  19. umm can I ask who is Nakia Cockatoo , as I have never heard of him ?
  20. this is the problem , he will never be left alone till he re signs , the media will hound him , it will effect his game as we see. Sadly you are right Scully has made us think this way, we will always believe he is going ,thats the melbourne way ..... its changing but slowly. Players will want to stay , they will want to come
  21. bloody hell with some of the posts here I think I should cancel My sponsorship of Jesse and remove his number from my kids jumpers He still has 2 years to go , the new CBA agreement isn't out , Just enjoy his playing and wait and see the sky isn't falling yet !
  22. 100% agree with this
  23. Great to see you received a answer , He also answered my emails and replied from his mobile
  24. I think they might be playing with Fire again as in another Tippet case , as we have already spoken to him , can only hope and time will tell with FA , i believe there will be more players traded with a year to go, so the clubs don't loose them for free , we are supporters need to get used to more players swapping or even holding off talks the AFL needs to make FA fairer to clubs for me say we loose Chip and get a first round pick after our first pick still , but the club who he goes too should then forfeit their first round pick , that way all other clubs are not penalised with so many extra free picks handed out , and it will make a few clubs think a little more about over paying to get someone
  25. don't think that much would be needed , he will be a free agent end of next year , you might find they will take less to at least get something rather than loose him for nothing next year
