Well that’s no good, I’ve already backed it.
-
If it gets across and into a middle with some cover it should come home strong. The worry is if they spread wide and it can’t slide across and into a good position. Be interesting to see what the early pace is like. Sudney could be a very wet track. They will do everything to get it up but I expect a fair few scratchings
-
Nice get mate.
-
Oh I’m not, I’ll still back it. Just makes it a little harder
-
Lofty Strike draws barrier 13 😩
-
Yeah it was poor off the start, a fav of mine in the astrologist also ran a good race considering the class it was against. Home Affairs impressed me tho.
-
Mightybeel with a very good display Hone affairs fights of Naturestrip and takes the choccies. Reckon it rallied three times to stay in front. Cracking race!
-
I’ve had a few winners today and a few bonus bets. So no complaints here. Still hoping for more, did just miss a first 4 earlier which would have been nice
-
Missed the Mr Mosiac race, so no idea what happened there. Yonce was good, (outside our multi’s) but I was on Goovy kinda Love and it gave it a good go, it got held up twice and had to drop out wider twice, it’s last 200 was impressive, one to watch.

Rosehill Race 2, no 3 Mr Mosiac $4w
-
So many thirds tho 😬 If OBJ doesn’t get hurt I might have got the margin right in the SB. Ahhhh what ifs… 🤣
-
Boom! Back on top baby!!! Triple crown for Kupp, triple crown for Gorgoroth!
-
Bloke at work said, they will want the stallion to win, cos they can then mak3 much more off studding.
-
Interesting that McDonald is riding Home Affairs in this.
-
But neither do we with the Brownlow. TBH if Henry couldn’t win it last year. No non QB ever will again.
-
It’s always hard. The biggest problem is the QB position is the most important. So will always get the nod. But teams plan more for Donald than any other player for us. Kupp was insanely good this year and would have been a worthy winner. Kupp was great with Goff, Goff less so without Kupp. Kupp was insane with Stafford, Stafford less so without Kupp. It’s all linked, without all parts neither are great.

@layzie Agree on the D line, A’Shawn Robinson was massive bs the run. Massive. It was a weakness for us that got turned around as the season went and he and Gaines were the lynch pins. Yes, Miller meant those two could play more run stop and not have to push. But both were great especially across the whole play off run. I truly hope we Re-Sign Beckham, Miller also but I don’t think we will be able to afford Miller.

Yeah Boyd hadn’t dropped a catch all year. In hindsight I thought Petrine might have been able to make a play but looked flat footed. Stafford in the last qtr is elite, the best. 14td/0int held both Niners and Bengals 20/0 in the last two 4th qtrs. Huge. The pass int on Kupp is soft, but bright orange gloves and the chest piece moves slightly, but seems enough. Tbh, the play before Henderson was held in the same spot, they should have called that one. And don’t get me started on the Higgins/Ramsey non call. I honestly think if OBJ doesn’t get injured we win comfortably and OBJ prob wins MVP. I had OBJ for first TD (win!), Had him or MVP and also had OBJ to score first with Higgins second, so that Ramsey breakup cost me $505
-
I quite often like Sydney better than melb.
-
Would an under ground drip system work I wonder?
-
Tbh, when it’s too hot, I usually don’t bet as I think the horses shouldn’t be running. Soft 5 would be fine by me, but the track needs to be soft 5 across the whole track and not softer on the inside if they are manufacturing the track conditions. I know it can happen naturally and that’s fine, that’s nature.

Cheers guys, finally got some lunch, couldn’t eat during the game, now smoking a cigar and on the beers, called boss and have tomorrow off now too. Thought we were shot when OBJ went down, up steps the D line, last drive Stafford who has been as good as anyone ever in the last qtr stood up and Kupp dominated. Im still shaking from the last play by AD99. Thought Ramsey had cost us by trying to intercept that play to chase in the last.

No face mask, then the INT. Games over.
