100% the gates are a consideration, but he has been "punished" by the NFL already for these. I don't think he or the pats got punished enough but the NFL deemed what the punishments were and we move on. To now use to stop Bill making the HoF is ridiculous.

They have one ref that watches the QB, shouldn't miss that and it was open. But that's the way games roll, going to be bad calls for and against you.
