Jones set up a lot of very good GWS plays. If you watched the game he was great and well deserved. And as another mentioned he ended with 18 and a goal, 2 goal assists, 7 score involvements. And vs a much better opponents than Kolt did. Not taking anything from Kolt, but Jones deserved the nod.

Sure being on the ground at the end would have been great but as a teammate knowing I came off for 5 mins so he could run around. No problem. As others have stated Harmes offered a fake twinge. The AFL wouldn't have cared.

So here I was with some "free time" at work and was thinking about how many goaless qtrs we have had etc so I went through the games 0 score qtr - 2 0 goal qtr - 4 1 goal qtr - 9 2 goal qtr - 13 3 goal qtr - 6 4 goal qtr - 11 5 goal qtr - 9 6 goal qtr - 2 What I found slightly interesting was the fact that I'd deem a 3 goal qtr an AVG QTR and I would have expected that higher than a 2 goal qtr, yet we have had 6 total goaless/scoreless qtrs the same as 3 goal qtrs. also the two times we have been scoreless in a QTR the game was decided by a small margin Carlton 1 pt, Roos 3.

I don't get why people are saying who comes in for Petty. It doesn't have to be a tall. Tbh I'd prefer if we went smaller, Petty has been non competitive in most games, and I'm not talking kicks and marks, but he isn't tackling that well, his chasing is poor most of the game. I would have preferred a smaller in for him. Just try something different instead of smacking your head against the wall. Chances are Petty would prob benefit from a run in the twos instead of being spanked weekly
