@layzie great summary. I agree with pretty much all of it, Jimmy G to me is a Belichick QB. He is a system QB, not going to run around and make Rodgers like plays but also not going to try things that aren’t there. He is a very decent and safe QB.

TBH Macca, not a lot. KC just hit the turbo button on the offensive side of the ball and their D did great. Jones with two batters and a finger tip to help deflect the ball enough and the niners couldn’t run the ball as they needed big yards quickly. sure the D gave u0 a few big plays but to me it was more what KC did than what the niners didn’t.

The thing is, the niners would have been better last year if JG didn’t do his knee. Mahomes is called showtime for a reason, he just finds ways to win. Niners played well but like the Texans and Titans before them, it’s bloody hard to stop KC offensively, you need to score as much as them. Hence last year the Rams and KC played a 54-51 game. They.
