With respect I'm keeping my Soccer talk to the World Cup/actual Soccer threads. This is more the 'division' thread.
  2. Good players but made of glass, injuries hit and they will be cr*p again.
  3. Good side, expect more finals footy. Can Lobb kick them the score they need? Only time will tell.

    Man I'm tired..
  5. What a final. One for the ages.

Got the job done. Unfortunately the result was spoiled for me, never quite the same watching it back when you know the result but a win is a win and the NFC West is ours!
  7. Very ok with this. Looking forward to seeing what he can do.

Eagles, Chiefs, Lions The 2 points are mine this week just quietly..
  9. Just glad we have all the bases covered!
  10. The 'Messiah' is back but will it help? Back line is solid, I do like Wilkie as a competitor. Actually a big fan of Jack Sinclair as a 'play starter'. When they were doing well earlier this year quite a few of their goals came about from a Sinclair possession off half back. King's injury is a blow and as usual midfield is a question mark. You know what you get with Steele and Crouch, can they get the most out of Hill? Big year for Rowan Marshall, can he take the mantle of permanent ruck? If not, Hayes and Keeler will be providing good competition.
  11. Too old, too slow? Bupkis. A good spine holds you in good stead and the Tiges have some key pieces there in Balta, Tarrant, Grimes and Lynch. Jack may be on the 18th green but get him enough shots and he'll still bin them. Liked what I saw in Gibcus as well he's got a bit of swagger. Taranto and Hopper will be important inclusions. Prestia will love to have a few more hard runners alongside him.
  12. Maybe at Corr's expense, he's played 2 games in 2 years. EDIT: Wiki let me down, played 20 last year. Logue has stated how much he wants to play in defence, it would surprise me if he left to join the league's cellar dwellers to play out of position, would like to see him with Mckay down there and the occasional swing up forward.

And their pass rush is deadly, talk about something not getting the credit it deserves! It's been a down year by his standards, I still remember us all talking in here about how much Shaq deserved that SB MVP.
  14. OD this is the same question I've been putting to my friends who have jumped on it, I'm trying to find out as well.
  15. "All good, we'll just turn this generational Ferrari into a conventional hit up forward!"

Big statement, been a while since TB12 had a dog day at the office like this one. Don't know what it is but his chemistry with Mike Evans is way off the map right now. Deebo ankle injury from another unnecessary play call and now the 3rd string backup Purdy has an oblique injury and needs an MRI. Great when you have a game this Fri morn.

This is precisely the kind of performance we need vs the Seahawks this Fri.
  18. Was going to say I'd be surprised if there's that much accom going round. Might have to bring in cruise ships.
  19. A list filled with talent that really should make top 4, only time will tell.
  20. Yep, I see Logue getting a shot down back to start with.
  21. The pressure is fairly and squarely on the Fremantle Dockers in 2023.
  22. Who would have thought this thread would be 3 pages as opposed to the regular 2 posts.
  23. Building a backline with plenty of dash. Would say that they are still 2 years off finals but then they will probably come out and make top 4.
  24. Watch out for the Shache attack.
  25. Definitely OD, wluld be hoping for a trip to Uluru for sure.
