Not selecting Brodie Grundy during the finals was not a reason we lost. 

Selecting TMac was a worse option. He was completely unprepared and underdone

I could see it coming a long way out. 
But the fact that TMac played in 2 Finals and was mostly invisible, while Brodie sat in the Grandstand did not sit well with me at all

2 close losses could have been very different…

Different responsibilities were given yes. And the Assistant Coaches had more voice, but ultimately it is still The Senior Coach who has the final say….

I agree. I don’t know who presided over the extension, but it surprised me. I think most decisions concerning personnel, should be made Post Season

A new extension did not include a straight sets exit. But that is the reality we are left with.
