  1. Wow! We are still alive...just!!
  2. No. Business doesn’t work that way, he was given a contract, yes. But that also means he has to perform his duty. This year has been a massive failure so far, today is the last chance to salvage anything. Even a close loss is not good enough. We need to win.
  3. He won’t stay if he doesn’t perform, nor should he.
  4. The Filth were decimated by injuries last year and were 25 seconds off winning the Flag, in one of the toughest fought Grand Finals for years Good Teams find a way. The MFC always find excuses
  5. If we are still rubbish next season Goodwin will go. Membership and Sponsorship $$$’s will dictate that. I don’t think you realize how much money flows through an AFL Club. The Coach’s Salary is only a small portion
  6. Contracts can be easily broken, Goodwin won’t last long if nothing changes. There is too much other money, reliant on positive results at stake. We have been through the “patient” years
  7. So let’s see if this club has any ATTITUDE at all. Goodwin your job is on the line, your players do not work hard enough every week. You can give me all the fancy [censored] answers about “processes in place” but that is all new age BS It all comes down to Attitude. There is little pride in wearing the MFC Jumper, it has been shat on for too long, so now it smells bad. Lift your game Goodwin, Coach the dam team to win.
  8. Anywhere international. Lie low from colourless Ferals Meanwhile we sit on the bottom What a sick nightmare
  9. I need serious drugs A Filth Flag is just not on
  10. Port being bent over The Filth are depressing
  11. How utterly boring
  12. It’s not new. Clubs have been doing it for a long time..
  13. I didn’t even know the Pink Game existed anymore Brilliant Promotion effort...
  14. Hudson is ok, he does have the passion, it’s just a pity he yells so hard. Can only deal with him in small doses
  15. I was at the ‘70 Grand Final. 7 years old and the noise of 121,000 people i can still hear.
  16. Absolutely Fork Lou and Peter Landy were very good, who both called the games as they saw it, Mike was the first one who brought the game into the loungeroom...
  17. I know i am showing my age, but I honestly cannot listen to TV Commentary of AFL anymore. Mike was never like that. It was Serious Theatre to Mike and he helped turn the game into something YOU DID NOT MISS on Saturday Night We would go out AFTER Football Inquest and the Replay. Not before.
  18. “channel 7 and sister stations around Australia welcome you to The MCG with our director Alf Potter...”
  19. Mike was the absolute professional, he called the game as he saw it. Nothing more. He understood excitement and the suspense of a close finish Thanks for introducing me to the great game Mike, and (The Penthouse Club) on Saturday Nights!!
  20. Lose Badly to Whorethorn and we are right back to where we were 5 years ago. Smash Whorethorn and the season may still be a positive going forward. I hear that the boys wore mouth guards at training this week . That is what i want to see
  21. Range Rover speaks well on the wireless
  22. Correct. The Prelim wasn’t just a bad day
  23. I can guess what may be happening, but i would like to hear what the President has to say and what his views are i don’t think it is unreasonable to ask that at all
