big yes for zac we are in list trade mode rather than drafting. being an fa is a bonus not to be scoffed at. if it costs a bit more $s then that's the way it goes
  2. not overly cynical at all
  3. i wouldn't take too much notice of who gets named as emergergency sometimes (not always) i think it is done for encouragement/morale reasons. a sort of "hang in there, we haven't written you off" type of thing

  5. camry's stiff to lose lynch and doedee to hamstrings
  6. pendlebury is 50:50
  7. need a good winger (with good foot skills)
  8. sorry if been discussed before, but i'm late to this thread i see lots of unfavourable comparisons to 2019 which seemed surprising and wondered if it could be due to the shorter game time this year. should the 2020 stats be multiplied by 1.2 to be comparable?
  9. i'll take your word on that, i'm only listening on radio
  10. could we please put a tag on luke mcdonald?....21 disposals
  11. yeah, over my dead body
  12. ah, right. it just seemed par for the course for oakeigh districts (federal league also a strong league, now long gone)
  13. Q: what does michael malthouse stand for A: michael malthouse
  14. that gives a golden shower a whole new perspective, earl, or were you just on fire? . did you play with oakleigh districts?
  15. one shudders to think what they might have done to that poor dog
  16. not just the ball, moonie but also the freckle and the pecker ?
  17. Well done luke. hope you can afford a haircut now.
  18. on that we are in agreement we are yet to see what (if any) penalties the afl will give for a sling tackle that doesn't result (luckily) in injury, loss of play time or concussion. if they (genuinely) want to stamp out sling tackles then they need to go hard on ALL sling tackles regardless of outcome i won't be holding my breath (it will just be a replay of the "head is sacrosanct" farce)
  19. we do actually. trengove was the first and he got 4 weeks. in all that time since no-one got 4 weeks.......until anb

will ward be charged with staging by the afl integrity panel?

    social distancing, feral style
  22. crucified on the holy cross of afl integrity
  23. hmm...."cute as a button".... is this a gender fluid epithet?
  24. let's not forget the umpire was close by and in a perfect position......yet he did not charge him, just paid a free kick
  25. i thought it was more accidental. anb only had a tenuous grip on him, he was falling away and just hanging on. i'm not sure what he could have done except try and totally release him. multiple weeks would just be a crucifixion and highly political. i'm hoping they referred it upstairs just because it was quite different from your usual sling tackle and i hope the club go in hard for him
