I assume you've made that up but it will probably be the outcome in the end.
As I've stated earlier, we must avoid drafting interstate players at all costs. Unless we're Hawthorn or North (who have an impeccable retention record) it's going to end in tears.
Yes I made it up but it's my feeling. I'm investing nothing in this guy to avoid disappointment

not if you think what we could get for him. Surely would have to be decent. Obviously i want him to say, but you need to have a back up plan.
He'll either sign a massive deal with us at years end or he's gone. Pick 1 to 5 plus a quality player
-
I'm not investing any emotion into Hogan. He's 50 50 at best to stay. He's the classic pay to play player. My guess is he's leaving and I don't believe it will ruin us

Roos said in his Post match media interview that he was "Pleased" with today.
We are DEAD as a club if our coach can be pleased with losing regardless of how close it was.
My GOD it gets me angry. Time for Roos to go, and insert someone who is emotionally invested in the club and its future.
What you're posting that dribble again

We conceded the first 7 goals and you clowns blame the umpires Which is partly the reason we ran out of rotations. It takes a lot of effort to claw back those goals
Super effort from the boys.

This description^ is exactly how I and many supporters felt at the G about the team and club. The erosion in confidence was significant; dare I say it damaging. One of a basket case. It could effectively undo some great work.
It has arguably cost the club $400K in membership drive according to some - and I'm inclined to agree. Not much can be done now, what's done is done.... Unless.....
They must bounce back and make a SIGNIFICANT statement this week in Hobart. Otherwise the blowtorch will be turned up fiercely on not only the players but the Goodwin-Roos handover if any pathetic displays continue.
Starting like they did against the Bombers is a sure sign by many they are not playing for their coach. Or the coach is not doing his job.
Last weekends result should not be a performance from a team coming off 7 wins in 2015 and an improved off season - a side on the up - particularly at Round Two.
Excuses of players feeling tired are false - a slap in the face to all in sundry - and will not be tolerated by the Board. Nor should they.
May the the next 2-3 weeks be SIGNIFICANT performances and wins! Leaders need to recognise, stand up, deliver and collectively want to strive for the ultimate in football. It's not just about being competitive - it's about excelling in the competition.
You're totally dramatising like most on here. The fact is we have played 1 good quarter and beat GWS who then beat Geelong who beat Hawthorn. Then we played terribly and still were in front with 10 mins left against a side who beat us on emotion and with their better effort on the spread. It's hardly time to slit your wrists. We'll beat North or go very close. They aren't quick and we should be able to exploit that. Hogan to kick 5

A good In, Good King? Struggled to make any impact in the preseason games!
Surely, he is not ready??
If he is ready then Weeds and Petracca should have played, so too Trengove!!
The club has repeatedly told us the recovery program that Trengove and Petracca are on. Are you not listening?
Weideman would be ragged dolled against North's experienced back men. Remember Watts first game?

Leave the 22 unchanged and tell them to redeem themselves. They can clearly play better than that

Yes, I know that.
I like him, always have but his lack of intensity was terrible to watch. He was gifted games. It took a genuine threat from Roos at the end of last season for him to start showing something consistent. May it continue. I stand by my earlier post

hyperbole. He is a rung or two above deserving of that description
Morton, Blease, Strauss, Tapscott, Cook and Gysberts
are all first rounders who are curtains, having achieved far less, and Watts isn't finished yet by any stretch
He was a number 1 pick

He's had an excellent start to the season no doubt. I'll wait until we've got to the real quality opposition before I decide on Jack. I've always wanted him to do what he just might be doing. I want to see how he responds to getting put on his backside a few times. You can all run around waving "I told you so, I told you so" Fact is you told us nothing. He's been a giant flop for his career to date

This is a short exert from an interview we conducted with James Hird on Thursday.Interview with James HirdInterviewer: "So what you're still trying to tell us James is that at no time did you know what was going on with your clubs supplements program?"James Hird: "You do know I'm a champion of this club don't you?"INT; "Sure James, whatever. However the fact remains that you're telling us that when players left training to go off site for injections you never felt the need to reassure yourself that everything was above board?"JH: "Just check out my guns, and my tan, I mean I'm a Champion of this club"INT: "Yes very nice James, However do you expect the public to believe anything you say when court after court, judge after judge finds you and your club and now sadly your players guilty of every charge you continue to deny. Wouldn't it be easier just to come clean and move on?"JH: "I'm a champion, I'm tanned, ripped to shreds, never looked better. I had no idea what was going on, I was just there to look good and I aced that. Check out these abs, that's an 8 pack and brown as a berry."INT: "Ok James, sure, whatever. One last thing James. The tan's kinda orange and you're dribbling."

My guess is it's an end of year kick up the arse to keep working hard and to keep improving
