    With the 4 already let go, the Roos will not lose Wells. There would be blood on Arden Street. He will get more money and stay.

    If Jesse wanted to go back west next year, he would have to tell us within the next 4 weeks, as trade week starts then. We can assume then, that if we are not told that by the end of trade week, that he is probably happy to extend his contract with us. I don't see him playing an extra year with us, if he wants to go home and then allowing Freo to screw us, when he is uncontracted. We have been good to him, paid a lot for him and paid him for a year, when he was out injured. I think he would want us to be treated fairly, if he chose to leave.

    I think we were stuffed the last two rounds. Doesn't explain the Bombers game. We should have won both and ended with 12 wins, that would have been a very good year.

    Thanks Dave. I think it is a 1 match penalty, as he would have got a reprimand, but form meant it was a match. If we win the PF he should be ok for the GF.

    I think Grimes will walk and who could blame him, Dawes, Garland and HL are done at the MFC, IMO. I would keep Dunn and Pedo who are versatile and in come Hibberd and Melksham. With Jones, Vince, Watts and maybe a NDS added, we have the experience.

    I just looked up the results and there was no mention of Terlich. Results were for September 6th, yesterday. Interestingly a player got a reprimand for kicking another player to the body. Where did you get your info?

    If he is missing the PF and then possibly the GF, for what has been described by some who saw it, as only a late tackle, ( I haven't seen the incident ), then I think we ( Casey ) would owe it to him to appeal. He has had a great year and that would be a very heavy penalty to miss a PF and possibly a GF. Couldn't be worse at Appeal.

    Well it might hurt us if they take the player we want with that pick. Also as they were so vocal against us, we owe it to them to return the favour. This is a dog eat dog competition, as evidenced by their campaign against us getting a PP, when they could have done what you are suggesting and just let what happens happen.
