Part 2.... Emailed both the distributor (EFM Logistics) and Official Memorabilia last night. Very happy with the prompt response from Official Memorabilia - they were "incredibly frustrated" with the level of service from their logistics partner, enquired about damage and offered to repair the frame, board or jersey if damaged or if moisture has an effect in the future. EFM on the other hand, apologised on behalf of the courier "for the inconvenience caused" 😑.
