Trams on Wellington Parade we’re terrible as well, I’m not sure if it was covid related to staff shortages or they just didn’t cater for getting ~60k people getting home.Seeing families with kids who made the effort being stuck for some to wait and then having to struggle to get them into packed trams was not enjoyable.

I said it to my buddy during the second “this is where we did so we’ll last year, stopping momentum swings during games really well, this is one of the biggest swings against us in the last few years, I’m fascinated to see how we do here… I felt like we really tried to slow the game down and push it out of the contest to slow it and then slowly turn it our way. Really enjoyed watching it.

Drove into Melbs to go into the office for the first time since August, rang my mate who I’m going with tonight, we just giggled like kindergarten kids for 5 mins before saying see you at the pub at 5 and that was it. What a day.

Eeeekkk Smith, Hunt and Harmes (assuming he goes anywhere near the backline) is not ideal to say the least. Tomo is very stiff, you would assume the old “you need to get some match fitness” routine. I’m a lot less confident but it’ll be amazing to see how Lever and May can drag those guys and the team close to a win or over the line. Can’t wait to see how both sides have set up this season and attack this match.
