  1. I’ve never actually asked, you’d hope so. Surely a discount.
  2. One of my mates goes to most of not all games at home, and is a member. If we lose. He usually throws his scarf into the urinal. Always a laugh. He must spend a lot on scarves.
  3. Forrest Gump? No shot! šŸ˜‚
  4. To quote Step Brothers. THIS HOUSE (AFL) IS A [censored] PRISON. ON PLANET [censored]. IN THE GALAXY OF THIS SUCKS CAMEL [censored]!
  5. Every player not going to know if they can touch each other soon, no tackling, marking contests. May as well make the ball out of foam in case it hits someone on accident and they get concussed
  6. They were just accidents bro.
  7. brilliant šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚
  8. MELBOURNE defender Steven May has been banned for three matches for his high hit on Carlton forward Francis Evans AFL has officially turned to [censored].
  9. "The AFL argued that Steven May should have known Evans would get to the ball first." ā€œMay should have known even if he did t know that Evan’s would get to the ball firstā€ AFL tribunal is clutching at straws
  10. Yeh look I don’t get the difference in play… A hit that’s an accident which injure a player, I think if they’re going to ban for injury, regardless of how they should be banned. May clearly didn’t have intent or malice and will probably (even though i vehemently disagree with it) cop weeks. Moore will argue his knee also wasn’t intentional.. I guess I don’t really see the difference if both ā€œcould be avoidedā€. They say May should have chosen to tackle or avoid in general. So it should be the same for Moore if he continues to knee everyone in the back. What your thoughts?
  11. Yesss, good to see a few coming back in. Hopefully Aiden Johnson gets called back Up after his strong performance, I love the fire and bullishness he brings!
  12. I have no intention to offend you, and if I did I apologize. I certainly didn’t appreciate your comment saying my opinion is the height of ignorance and essentially that it’s wrong when I am completely entitled to have my opinion.
  13. Funny, even Chris Scott is now also defending May and his actions saying that’s exactly how they coach the Geelong boys. This should be thrown out at the tribunal but I’m expecting weeks. Hopefully there’s uproar.
  14. You ok, dear? I find it funny that you think that he can be a dirty sniper. When he gets suspended for his bumps, he only impacts his team. If you don’t see that, you’re the height of ignorance.
  15. Will say what’s been super refreshing, Kossie hasn’t done his once yearly late sniper bulb on anyone, which is a common once a year occurrence. I assume he has done a lot of work to cut out the behavior because it was obvious on how important he is and the results we weren’t getting when he was suspended. (Sadly same result on the ladder, however not due to him). Good on ya Kossie, great to see. Keep it up.
  16. bro, we got Shane McAdam… so good..
  17. I don’t think so. Would be very interesting but not a pick I think would work for us or Joe.
  18. Pretty funny - Patrick Cripps (Carlton skipper) has come out saying; "As a young guy or a young kid coming in, you're always taught (to) bodyline the ball and when the ball's in dispute, you want to go and win the ball… Obviously you never want to see a player get injured – obviously Frankie was courageous in what he did, you never want to see a player get injured – but I just reckon it's so tough. I don't understand what we want May to do there… If that's a Grand Final and he hesitates, and let's say Frankie gets the ball... what do you do? I never want to see people go off in the game with with head knocks but I just think it's a really tough situation." Even the opposition players are mind boggled about how the game should be played and likely disagree with it to some extent.
  19. I think Fritta in his current form is a must keep, he’s getting 20+ disposals with goals per week now. Certainly at the start of the year until mid year I’d have wanted him gone.
  20. @joeboy , where’s yours for Carlton?
  21. Can you add some first names, few with the same names. Is this also a bit of trade rumour?
  22. Oh, sorry. I think I’ve come across in a way where I don’t think we should comment on them.. that’s not it. I just don’t think we should solely blame them when we miss heaps and make a lot of errors etc. Umpiring certainly gets to me to, especially when it’s a close game and it could have decided it, but I just try to think, what could we have done better? You’re bang on though. Frustrating when they can make such an impact or decide a game off a bad call.
  23. Of course that’s annoying, and shouldn’t happen. But I can put any money on the fact that I bet the team that last due to ā€œa bad decisionā€ made a load of mistakes, didn’t capitalize on shots on goal which could also have made the difference. It’s not like you look at the scores card and see 0 turn overs and 21 goals straight and no points. It’s like us against St Kilda this year. 7.21 scorecard. Say an umpire made a mistake on the dying minute, and was wrong and ā€œit cost us the gameā€. Surely you’re not blaming the umpire when we missed 21 points…. Both make mistakes, and both are human. Just not sure why it’s only seen that umpires can cost a team a game when usually the team could have also done won it on their own merit.
  24. I’ve never understood why they use counsel for a non-legal matter. Wondering if anyone knows why it’s done that way?
