May to Tribunal
One of my mates goes to most of not all games at home, and is a member. If we lose. He usually throws his scarf into the urinal. Always a laugh. He must spend a lot on scarves.

May to Tribunal
Every player not going to know if they can touch each other soon, no tackling, marking contests. May as well make the ball out of foam in case it hits someone on accident and they get concussed

May to Tribunal
MELBOURNE defender Steven May has been banned for three matches for his high hit on Carlton forward Francis Evans AFL has officially turned to [censored].

May to Tribunal
"The AFL argued that Steven May should have known Evans would get to the ball first." āMay should have known even if he did t know that Evanās would get to the ball firstā AFL tribunal is clutching at straws

May to Tribunal
Yeh look I donāt get the difference in play⦠A hit thatās an accident which injure a player, I think if theyāre going to ban for injury, regardless of how they should be banned. May clearly didnāt have intent or malice and will probably (even though i vehemently disagree with it) cop weeks. Moore will argue his knee also wasnāt intentional.. I guess I donāt really see the difference if both ācould be avoidedā. They say May should have chosen to tackle or avoid in general. So it should be the same for Moore if he continues to knee everyone in the back. What your thoughts?

Yesss, good to see a few coming back in. Hopefully Aiden Johnson gets called back Up after his strong performance, I love the fire and bullishness he brings!

2025 MRO & Tribunal
I have no intention to offend you, and if I did I apologize. I certainly didnāt appreciate your comment saying my opinion is the height of ignorance and essentially that itās wrong when I am completely entitled to have my opinion.

May to Tribunal
Funny, even Chris Scott is now also defending May and his actions saying thatās exactly how they coach the Geelong boys. This should be thrown out at the tribunal but Iām expecting weeks. Hopefully thereās uproar.

2025 MRO & Tribunal
You ok, dear? I find it funny that you think that he can be a dirty sniper. When he gets suspended for his bumps, he only impacts his team. If you donāt see that, youāre the height of ignorance.

2025 MRO & Tribunal
Will say whatās been super refreshing, Kossie hasnāt done his once yearly late sniper bulb on anyone, which is a common once a year occurrence. I assume he has done a lot of work to cut out the behavior because it was obvious on how important he is and the results we werenāt getting when he was suspended. (Sadly same result on the ladder, however not due to him). Good on ya Kossie, great to see. Keep it up.

I donāt think so. Would be very interesting but not a pick I think would work for us or Joe.

2025 MRO & Tribunal
Pretty funny - Patrick Cripps (Carlton skipper) has come out saying; "As a young guy or a young kid coming in, you're always taught (to) bodyline the ball and when the ball's in dispute, you want to go and win the ball⦠Obviously you never want to see a player get injured ā obviously Frankie was courageous in what he did, you never want to see a player get injured ā but I just reckon it's so tough. I don't understand what we want May to do there⦠If that's a Grand Final and he hesitates, and let's say Frankie gets the ball... what do you do? I never want to see people go off in the game with with head knocks but I just think it's a really tough situation." Even the opposition players are mind boggled about how the game should be played and likely disagree with it to some extent.

Time to start a rebuild?
I think Fritta in his current form is a must keep, heās getting 20+ disposals with goals per week now. Certainly at the start of the year until mid year Iād have wanted him gone.

Umpiring standard
Oh, sorry. I think Iāve come across in a way where I donāt think we should comment on them.. thatās not it. I just donāt think we should solely blame them when we miss heaps and make a lot of errors etc. Umpiring certainly gets to me to, especially when itās a close game and it could have decided it, but I just try to think, what could we have done better? Youāre bang on though. Frustrating when they can make such an impact or decide a game off a bad call.
-
Umpiring standard
Of course thatās annoying, and shouldnāt happen. But I can put any money on the fact that I bet the team that last due to āa bad decisionā made a load of mistakes, didnāt capitalize on shots on goal which could also have made the difference. Itās not like you look at the scores card and see 0 turn overs and 21 goals straight and no points. Itās like us against St Kilda this year. 7.21 scorecard. Say an umpire made a mistake on the dying minute, and was wrong and āit cost us the gameā. Surely youāre not blaming the umpire when we missed 21 pointsā¦. Both make mistakes, and both are human. Just not sure why itās only seen that umpires can cost a team a game when usually the team could have also done won it on their own merit.

May to Tribunal
Iāve never understood why they use counsel for a non-legal matter. Wondering if anyone knows why itās done that way?
