The Villains
The Umps watch Ginnivan because he has a habit of ducking the head. So why are the Umps not watching The Coxs The Maynards Zorkos etc. If Melbourne get to the GF and Play Collingwood will they just stand back and let what happens happen.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Sure Laura unique. "This incident was unique," she said. "We will review all rules and regulations, as we do every single year at the end of both of our seasons in AFL and AFLW. I won't comment on one particular rule of the game. I'll reiterate that this situation was unique.

Farewell Brodie Grundy
I agree a full preseason under his belt and who knows what we might have.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
We need to let it go but gee I'm finding it really hard. The fact that he got off I can live with, the way it happened is just wrong. I just hope the players are not feeling the way I am. I'm happy for the club to keep it in house and controlled at the moment, last thing we need is the players running out as flat and angry as I am right now.

Replace Michael Christian Now
The AFL only had to read the finding as released last night to find at least a dozen reason to appeal. They choose not to because they did not want to.

Officially time to move on guys. I know a revenge that's a lot better than Maynard getting rubbed out.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
How you could read those finding "especially the bit about Gus at fault" and not appeal is staggering. Bring on the lawsuits.

BREAKING Case closed: AFL opt against appealling Maynard decision The Brayden Maynard saga is officially over after the AFL opted not to appeal the Tribunal's decision

Maynard must get at least four weeks
My understanding is an Appeal had to be in by 12 midday. So looks like the AFL have let it slide.

If Gus had not moved he would have been hit right down the middle, that could only have made it much much worse.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Might be time to let this go and concentrate on Friday night. But I do have another point. The line about Gus should have changed direction, are you not taught that you must follow though when you kick or the ball will go in a different line.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Wonder if they appeal that and get the other week taken off as well.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
O'Farrell (Blues) brings up Jacob van Rooyen's bump of Dan McStay, which was graded medium impact rather than high as in Martin's case. "It's not possible to understand why when you look at the footage."

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Has anyone on here read the findings. This line. Brayshaw could’ve executed his kick in a different direction or in a different manner, landed in a different manner or in a slightly different location.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Brayden Maynard has been cleared of rough conduct. He is free to play.
-
Maynard must get at least four weeks
It does not matter what they find unless they give him four weeks or more he will get off on appeal.
-
Maynard must get at least four weeks
Hope the players are not as invested in this as we are. We still have a game to win on Friday.

I get the feeling he was an AFL witness.

Maynard must get at least four weeks
Melbourne has just released a medical report: “There’s no set timeframe on when Angus will return this year, it’s based on how he progresses through the protocol and also on the advice from the experts around his concussion management.”
