  1. It's fun to play around with! But tbh it turns me into a bit of a sour puss in reaction to the hype 😅
  2. It's a large language processing model aka conversational AI. It can generate responses, some analysis, middling poetry and prose near instantly
  3. According to BOM it'll be 25 degrees from about 7 pm onwards. Don't know about humidity though!
  4. We're the oldest professional sporting code of football in the world... feel like that would rate a mention, pls and thx ChatGPT!
  5. I don't think I'd ever emotionally recover from losing to the Pies in the Granny with this team!
  6. Agreed, this year we truly seem unbelievable. Like we've somehow surpassed our 2021 selves. I'm trying to be cool about it... It would truly feel like a failure if we didn't at least get to the GF this year.
  7. There are a range of teams I'm relatively neutral on... then there are the teams I hate. Often these are similar to other's hated teams, but for me the Aints hold a special place of hate due to some crappy supporters endured all through my childhood. Now I've moved to Sydney, I've adopted GWS as a soft spot team. Mainly so whenever my colleagues tell me to follow a Sydney team, I can proclaim I'll never follow the Swans and that they should all really be supporting the underdogs, GWS. Plus they now have Toby!
  8. Great info! Thanks, Layzie! I also wonder if it depends on unique instances or consecutive acts? Eg there might a second or two of chasing but then it clearly ends in physical. Would that count as one or two pressure acts, if it is all part of one continuous play?
  9. There's NSW Demons! I only just found out about them from @whatwhat say what, so can't say what their events / pre-game rituals are like. Hopefully something nice!
  10. Hope you make it to the Sydney game, dworship! I'm planning on roping in most of my workmates to come to the game, since they've listened to me prance and rant about the Dees endlessly since I moved to Syd. Time to convert them!
  11. I'm likely to be one of the only strangers there, given I'm a new DA member! But being a stranger means I'm just a friend you haven't formally met yet 😁 I'll swing by the floggers (a term I learnt from the FAQ page on the DA website just last week) and say hi! And maybe try to stifle a laugh at any flogger craft (not that I could do any better)
  12. Can't wait for another beauty like this to kick off Viney's season. Especially sweet for our Jack Viney Made Me Cry thread!
  13. Love that you're thinking how to respect and include non binary and gender fluid people! We're lucky we have the ultimate gender neutral shout... Go Dees! ❤💙
  14. Wow, it'd be awesome to attend that many games! I'll also be working in Brisbane, the flexibility makes such a difference. I'm in section 213 with the cheer squad. Go dees!
  15. Anybody going to Brisvegas this week? I know I'll see you there, @WalkingCivilWar (🤞)!
  16. I went for premiers, but sadly that doesn't work week in and week out!
  17. Ooo can it be that demon horns one? Love that picture so much 😁
  18. How do you rate Clarry's efforts in that game compared to what we're accustomed to in previous games / seasons? He had 33 disposals which is course on the par for him, but seemed a bit quiet (in my uneducated view). Is this maybe reflecting a slight change in role due to the changes to the midfield this year (eg resting all our mids more as others like Sparrow play more minutes, Viney being out this round, and that Clarry was tried for a little bit rotating up half back in the preseason)? To add a spin on some of the other questions about the debuts - are we just spoiled by McVee's class acts and Chandler's goal and 2nd and 3rd efforts, and that's why Laurie seems a bit nothing? (Of course Chandler has technically already debuted)
  19. Didn't Harmes or Melksham bounce the ball but then it went soggy and Trac and others all fell over each other in the goal square? It ended up being a behind I think... 4th quarter maybe? Somebody should take those 30 seconds and add the Benny hill music lol
  20. The crowd noise was pretty great the whole game, especially from the ordinarily reserved Dees fans... my comment was regarding how quiet the support for our AFLW premiers was during the half time lap. Agree that the Bulldog supporters simply did not show up, but happy with the Dees numbers generally.
  21. Yep agreed - saw it was a muted response when they first came on so I deliberately went down to the fence to clap and shout support for them (in between interchange bench and the change rooms entry). People were clapping politely but didn't really get on board cheering, which is a shame
  22. Laugh react because otherwise I'd cry!
  23. Loved the flexibility we displayed tonight. So many players popping up in areas of the ground where they would not normally be. For example, BBB and ANB joining the backline a few times, Maxy literally everywhere...! Not sure if it was a function of having 4 players out or part of the new willingness to rest players and mix things up, or even both
  24. 6 - Gawn 5 - Kozzy 4 - Petracca 3 - Lever 2 - Spargo 1 - Brodie For me, quiet night for Oliver (given he's normally jumping out of his skin) Big ups to Kade and McVee!
  25. As we're jubilantly leaving the 'G, overheard a Bulldogs fan say "Is it too late to change teams at 29?" ❤💙
