AFL players get so much support (way more than the average adult/teen/kid in the street doing it tough mentally/physically) they have the AFLPA and a lot of resources within and outside the club. They can reach out to older players from nearly any club on advice, goalkicking, habits, wellness programs, post career, social media etiquette. It's all available.

What makes you think Reid wants to come here? thats unders for a player like Reid, West Coast and their fans would laugh at that offer. Reid imo if he did leave (and leaving a wealthy WA club) would demand a few firsts. Clubs like Pies or Cats would be probably be the teams he would go too.

I realised more on the weekend its Hawthorn. Seeing there fans watch another hiding by us is very satisfying. I dont really rate there list and can see them being bottom 4 for a long while. North should leapfrog them in a few years too.

and the commentators were pumping them up most of the game despite kicking 5 goals against our injured backline. Laughable.

I hope the next gen of tassie talent coming through in the next 10 years is good for them. Had they come in instead of either Suns/GWS they could have had a team with young Benny Brown, Riewoldt, Howe, Mihocek, Pearce, Nankervis, Mitch Robinson starting up.
