Could barely have played worse, similar to Carlton yesterday. Such sloppy skills, spending it before we've earned it and dropping easy handballs (Petracca, Laurie, Salem). It's an attitude thing - the boys are not intense enough which is just bizarre given this win is going to lock in top 4 and it's Gawn and ANB's milestone games.

Boundary and goal umpires are having a laugh this weekend.

Sparrow also a bit to blame in that marking contest. He was manning someone on the far behind post. Should have been further off him to cover the centre kick. In the end he couldn't help Petracca neutralise it.

They played 1 month of good football 7 years ago. He's unable to create a culture of sustained success, relying on adrenaline and energy to achieve results, which did work once and nearly worked again in 2021. I think another coach would do more with the list they have.

The sooner they get rid of Beveridge the better. He's a dreadful coach imo.

Unfortunately the way the system is, the umpire makes a call and has the option to say they want to check to see if xyz. I believe goals are reviewed. The fact points aren't reviewed especially a critical point like this one is just plain idiocy from a policy perspective.

Potentially top 2 and Top 8 positions decided by poor ARC technology/procedures. It's simply not good enough. Either get better tech or let the humans make mistakes and don't review anything at all.

Come again? Why did they bring the ARC into the game?
