  1. As elated as anything by last night and still in shock but I feel bad my nerves got the better of me and for turning off the game twice. First because I couldn’t bear it to see us get pumped in the 2nd. Second when the umpires nearly gave away the game with the Deliberate Out of Bounds in the final quarter. I never leave a game at the G no matter how far we are behind but I guess with 2020/2021 I wanted to protect myself from suffering any more trauma. I’m glad the Dees have again proved me wrong - just as they did when I thought we’d lost against North at half time earlier in the year. I hope they continue to prove me wrong in September 🤞🏻
  2. I wrote them off. Turned it off after the 7th goal in a row, was getting MFCSS from the 2018 Eagles Prelim I saw in Perth. Watched the last 10mins, turned it off at 37seconds when Brayshaw was given deliberate. Got out of bed - punched the couch and checked the scores. Couldn’t understand how Gawn could have goaled. Still in disbelief. No one will ever do what we did and go 44 points down at Kardinia Park and win. We’ve seen history today and not just the first minor premiership since 64’. Special thanks to Brad Close for the 50m penalty and to big Max for aging my comments about us being put in a spliff. We put the Cats in a spliff. Bring on the Lions!
  3. We’re getting put in a spliff. Embarrassing with so much to play for 😩 Heading for straight sets. I’ve turned it off. I can’t watch this [censored].
  4. Never when it matters. If Mufasa FC could have held on the most we would have lost tomorrow would be a minor premiership - now we’ll lose a home final and have to play the Power who have won their past 6 in a row.
  5. Heaven forbid a result ever goes our way?
  6. Interesting Cats resting Higgins and good news for us. Think they’d have played him if the bye next week was happening. Dees coaches have a lot of faith in Sparrow and he will make a contest and has legs. Clearly Jordon being managed and that’s a win for the first week of finals!
  7. Supposedly AFL has decided that first two weeks of the finals will not have games in Victoria. So we could finish top of the ladder, lose the first final and have two games at neutral venues…season is laughable now.
  8. 1. Clearly B - I’ve always lamented how after a flogging I can’t put on an AFL Grand Final win and watch it to make me feel better. 2. Clearly A - I’ve seen two Preliminary Final loses (98 to North and 18 to West Coast) and the 2000 Grand Final loss to the Bombers. The Prelims were absolutely shattering compared to the GF. I’d far rather watch us lose the 2000 Grand Final again than be at Optus and be abused by the Eagles fans while we’re getting touched up by 60+…
  9. Still one out of three results going our way is pretty good I have to say. Now to put the Crows in a spliff and have no injuries…
  10. How many soft tissue injuries are we going to cop because of this [censor].
  11. Yeo and Kelly are really doing well at the stoppages…
  12. Reverse Demontime never been more needed…
  13. No Luck FC! Not good enough. [Censored] by the umpiring yet again. Haven’t played them in Melbourne since 2014 - bloody cheats!
  14. Why Brayshaw???? Blind turn over handball goal AGAIN!
  15. If we draw we still get top two lol 😂
  16. Jordon in not Weid…going small. Goody on 360.
  17. I had a dream last night that we played Port in the Grand Final at Optus Stadium. Was only mid way into the second quarter when the alarm went off. Think we were 2 or 3 goals up 😎
  18. Realistically they’ve got a full squad minus Luke Shuey… MFCSS hitting hard that with everything to play for we’ll [censor] the bed. That said, we brought the heat to the Eagles at Optus in Round 22 of 2018 and I think we’re a good chance if we do the same tonight.
  19. Grand Final will be in Perth or Adelaide. My bet is WA will get it. Victoria will continue to suffer because of the NSW situation and I just can’t see any crowds for the regular season and likely finals too.
  20. Eddie Betts and Charlie Cameron two prominent indigenous players left the club during his tenure as Adelaide Captain…coincident or not? Let’s also not forget how poorly he treated Jake Lever when he decided to leave the Crows….
