AFL journos are the worst. They completely forget everything they ever said about something/someone and when called out on it, completely deny ever saying it even when there is documentary proof. No point getting triggered about what they say - they have to talk about someone.

Given there are so many potting the club on absolutely everything at the moment, even something as trivial as this has got the ire raised. 50 k on a bus is better than in a car - some ability to move around etc.

The skills are there. We just do not see them enough. Every player makes mistakes, even the very best. It is all about limiting how many times, and that is a mental thing. Some of the passages of play yesterday were excellent. The May kick in ending in Melksham goaling being the prime example.

Given the game is 90% between the ears, it seems our players are not mentally focused enough of the time in game.
