i was there waiting for them to start but they took too long and had to get to work!!! there were a few stragglers coming in just before 8.30. i was spewin on that...will be there for next one for sure. i did see 2 girls there waiting and a few council workers sitting around waiting. so not much fan fare. my young bloke is pumped about going down there to watch them!!! even been wearing his footy jumper to school!!!

would have a look at him for sure. form has been great at box hill. still young. would be worth a late pick or pre season pick. i would take him before i would take anyone on here having a crack at him... hawthorn delisting him could be for a number of reasons. players often better themselves with a second chance...worth a look....

haha....similar thing happened to me. signed up last wednesday, used direct debit. on weekend noticed nothing had come out?? got letter in mail yesterday asking me to re sign aswell as my kids. i rang up to see if i could change as i liked another package only to be told they hadn't even processed mine but had that day taken out the full amount for my kids memberships??? had to laugh!!! then i asked if i could take the option for membership, age subscription, and polo only to be told that they couldn't do that in a package (yet it was on my letter!!! had to laugh again and got it sorted evetually.....felt sorry for the girl that answered.....maybe whoever is in charge might want to let everyone else there in on the packages available!!!!!!

you are an a grade tool........i'd love to see you back this up??? i know of only one $2 shop.... there are 3 shopping centres and a homemaker centre that posesses all the leading retailers. there are a total of 7 restaurants that have been around for years??? most of the retail shops in the original shopping centre have been there for years also, and yes the same retailers you would find at southbank......the only original law firm would be Slater & Gordon (not many of them around hey???) and i take it you have a problem with multi-culturalism (i'm sure you can work out what i mean you highly intellectual tool you???) and for what it's worth i don't see that many around anyway....limited interest in AFL??? lets look at footy in general....the local junior club has on average 2-3 teams in each age group, 2 U18 sides and plenty of seniors?? plenty of kids playing footy + AFL team = interest.....so let me ask where did you get all these facts from??? the only thing you seem to get right was we are not waverley. oh yeh did i happen to mention that i think you are a tool???

i just spent the last 1/2 hour thinking of how this would work. you are on the money. my version- O'Keefe to hawks for pick 16 + Beau Dowler (swans gain 1st round draft pick in dowler who is still only 21?) we give Green + pick 35 to swans (swans keep there 1st round pick plus gain ready made player and earlier 3rd round pick) we gain pick 16 + pick 28? ( we gain an extra 1st round pick - picks 1,16,17,19,28. **4 picks in top 20** swans will have Green + Dowler + picks 12 and 35. (who knows they may give pick 12 to bombers for Lovett!!!) your right. probably wont happen but nothing wrong with speculating!!!! it is trade week after all................ <_<

i think the blues will give up there picks for o'keefe and warnock definitely. they are probably in a position where they can top up after scooping the draft pool for the last 4-5 years!!!

I would be interested in what you thought of Jack Fitzpatrick? Apologies to Hurley for leaving him out earlier! He looks very strong.

I only saw the second half of WA game. Naitunui is everything everyone talks about. The one thing that struck me though was the amount of times he was just wandering thru the midfield watching the ball go by couldnt work that one out. However, he has a huge leap in the ruck and gave first use to his midfielders more often than not. Watts has courage that's for sure. he came under some heavy treatment in the 3rd quarter and still won the ball and used it beautifully. Got straight back up to. When he won posession up the ground his use of the ball was good. Always found a target. He moves like a rover around the packs I also thought. Jack Fitzpatrick (VM) - very quick for a tall guy. Playing at FF he left his opponent for dead on the lead (199cm/82kg) Took some good grabs also. I paid extra attention to the forward lines as (in my expert opinion:lol:) that's where I think we need to improve.

There was some good talent out there today. Players who caught my eye were - Jack Watts (Vic Metro) - well worth No.1 pick. Tall, quick, athletic and smart. 2nd efforts were great. Jordan Lisle (Vic Metro) - big solid strong grab. Great leap and reasonably ahletic. Would be good at FF with some kicking practice though! Jamie Sheahan (Vic Country) - just throws himself into a contest, only small but strong, quick, and good user of the ball. Hamish Hartlett (SA) - can find the ball and is very quick. Carried the ball a few times down the wing but couldn't finish off. Lewis Johnston (SA) - didn't do a lot but when he did get it was pretty good and he has the buddy strut <_< Daniel Rich (WA) - All class. Great user of the ball. There were plenty of others to choose from but these are the ones that caught my eye the most. Not that im any expert

After watching the u18 champs today i would definitely take Watts. Didn't star but is very classy and his 2nd efforts are terrific. Tall, quick, athletic, and very smart.

was at the match yesterday and thought Valenti was just a class above. Even though he didnt dominate totally he just looked classier when he got near it. His contested mark in the goal square (forgotten which qtr) and his chase down in the 2nd qtr were exceptional. Zomer did some really good things but couldnt work out why he spent so much time off the ground?? was there any reason for this?? Cheney looked really good to. Disposal wasnt crash hot but his endeavor and ability to get himself in the right position and read the play were very good. Might be half a chance to get a senior game before the year is out?? thumbs down to the sandy supporter though that hurled a massive abuse at umpire no. 17.even when the ball was up the other end he wouldnt let up. all the auskick kids within ear shot and he just wouldnt let it go.granted the worst expletive he blurted was id1ot but boy did he give it to him. let it go mate and watch the game...the umps arent going anywhere anytime soon .

Definitely bring back the demon logo. I can understand what they were trying to achieve, but it was never a good move i think......
