I’m on the ‘I don’t mind if we trade Oliver camp’ and yes S.Neale has caught my eye. No way would I want to trade Pickett. I think Trac will still try and leave next year and if he does I hope it’s a team like the Saints and not a big club like he wants. Pick 7 is a good starting point but I can’t think of many players I’d want from them that they’d be happy to let go for him.

So many rumours, don’t even know what to believe! Met someone out the other night and randomly mentioned Oliver with out knowing I follow footy/Melbourne and seems he may not have changed his ways still. again though, could be another person who talks smack. For me personally, I rather Koz stay over Oliver purely being my favourite player and more exciting

I always envy the supporters of the two grand final teams that get to experience the whole lot. As I get older the more I crave to experience this with my fellow demon family. This. Disco has some confidence, swag and grunt about him which I like up forward. Petty is a confidence player like McKay… so once he misses a shot he already sets himself up for a poor night. Better in the backline.

Our socials are boring.. simple as that. We haven’t done anything in the last few years to gain any young kids to follow our socials. sounds silly but this is why we need another small forward like Watson to bond and team with Kozzy and hope they both star together. It’ll be appealing to watch and you’d follow to see highlights. I know young kids aren’t really going to follow to watch Trac cook. They want the over the top goal celebrations, they want the silly wizards hats and they’d want the Koltyn Glasses.

Moyle signed on with the Sun not long ago unfortunately. Wouldn’t mind Bryan from Essendon. I hope we go hard for Peating. Would give us some much needed change in the middle. I still think we need a small forward as Chandler is more a defensive small forward. Pickett spends some time in the middle or is having an off night and then we are left with no small… Malcolm Rosas for me is gettable. Matt Owies would be good but I can’t see him leaving. I low key like the look of Reef McInnes. Do we take a punt on someone like Nick Hind to add some speed? I think Will Brodie or Ben Hobbs are good Options. Do we also take a shot at Brandon Parfitt or Will Phillips? Although 95% of these players are not my ideal trade ins I’m trying to be realistic but still think they can add something to our list.

Whilst I’m always glad a player of his kind wants to stay we still need a change. we need a change in Pert and Roffey We need a change in coach or game plan. We need a change in how we support the boys. Get down to the games, make some damn noise! Now to get Kozzy to want to stay and be a demon for a few more years! Exactly! Every footballer wants to win every single game, Play in big crowds, big games and win as many flags as they can. We all know that will never happen some may win 1 some may win 3 but most win none. Nathan Jones, Patrick Cripps and a few others loved the club more than themselves and stuck around to help their clubs. He has one a Norm and a flag and he realistically still has a shot at another with Melbourne. Toby Greene and the Bont would play in front of no one for their clubs that’s how much passion they have for them. I use to watch Trac on the field and he’d always put his head down and have a whinge when things didn’t go his way (which always made me think there’s no way this guy is the next captain) but I always thought he’s frustrated because he wants us to do better… now I don’t think that at all.

He and the other players had a chance to help make us a big club by winning another damn premiership instead of two straight sets and now no finals. Does he think we don’t want to be a big club too? We have one good year and we couldn’t attended and then we dish up that [censored] for the next 3 years.
