  1. Thanks. Makes sense.
  2. Can't wait to him to get back out on the park. Do you think we'll see him before the bye?
  3. I think he comes across as quirky yet likeable. I can't wait to see more of him on the field. It's refreshing to have personalities at the club.
  4. Well played Misso. Definitely some big shoes to fill. I hope the replacement continues with the weekly injury updates.
  5. Jones will likely be captain until his career is over. I would bet my left one that he'd retire with honours (at that seasons end) if it got to the point where he couldn't break into seniors or his body just couldn't take it anymore. No way he is stripped of his captaincy unless he gives it up.
  6. What are you inferring here?
  7. Agree 100% with this. The silent majority love your updates @Satyriconhome.

  9. This article has him listed as 16 as at May 9 2018. http://www.melbournefc.com.au/news/2018-05-09/melbournes-future-fatherson-prospects
  10. 1. Neville Jetta vs Jordan Lewis Alex Neal-Bullen vs 8. Jake Melksham Charlie Spargo vs Jack Viney 6. Tom McDonald vs Billy Stretch
  11. The club's social media presence and output during the 2018 finals was first class. They certainly have dropped the ball in Maroochydore. I hope this isn't a sign of things to come in 2019 under a new regime.
  12. I didn't think it was possible to make AFLX more of a joke. Well played AFL.
  13. Jack Viney vs 5. Nathan Jones Sam Frost vs Charlie Spargo Jake Lever vs 4. James Harmes Joel Smith vs Christian Salem
  14. The Roar are always Bullish on the Dees. Are they Demon fans?
  15. Aaron vandenBerg vs Kade Kolodjashnij James Jordon vs Tim Smith Braydon Preuss vs Tom Sparrow Toby Bedford vs Jake Lever Corey Wagner vs Sam Weideman
  16. As a result of the injuries sustained by Ollie Wines and Fasolo do you think players should make the sacrifice to give up on dangerous extra curricular activities during the season (and on the eve of the season)? I don't often agree with Cornes and he usually makes contrarian comments to provoke a response but I think he's spot on here. Sure players need to have fun and not become robots but should we draw a line at dangerous activities? Yeah accidents can happen and what is considered a dangerous activity but surely a little common sense should be used. Thoughts?
  17. Mitch Hannan Corey Wagner Kade Chandler Toby Bedford Charlie Spargo
  18. We won't lose him to the Crows but I think we'll have to pay him more because he's worth it. Love the way he goes about it.
  19. I'm a big Garlett fan and was baffled that he wasn't played much in 2018. Admittedly I don't follow Casey at all so I can't attest to his effort or output there and came to my own uniformed conclusion that something must be up for a first yearer to pass him by. I don't think it's a stretch to think that he may have been delisted if his contract was up as a result of not being able to break it into the team. I do wish him the best of luck and hope he can find that spark again and show some of that form he showed when he came to the club. Can play when switched on. Just got to find that switch.
  20. Not terrible news IF he's back on the track on Monday but my spidey senses are tingling with this one. I hope this doesn't delay his early season return. I guess we have to be patient though and not rush a prized recruit back.
  21. Definitely a 3 year extension and a pay rise.
  22. Top 4 finish for the Dees. Unfortunately Collingwood and Essendon to finish Top 2. West Coast to make finals but fall into the bottom half of Top 8 and only due to home victories. Richmond may also drop out of Top 4. Brisbane to make finals. Geelong to miss finals Also unfortunately Carlton to climb off the bottom and finish 10th - 14th. Gold Coast to finish bottom but you don't need to be psychic to predict that one.
