Jordan Dawson vibes -
Overs for McAdam
-
Predominantly as a forward with a season or two on a wing

3 firsts to move 3 spots up the order? No chance 6 & 11 for 3 & 17? Yep

Doesn't really have an aerial game like Melk Hes competing with guys like Spargo and Chandler I reckon. Best case scenario he can be a similar link man to Charlie but finding the pill 20 times a game compared to Spargo's 12

Future star or just a tease?

The 2023 Draft and Trade Targets Thread

We sure do need another mid (or two) coming through, I wouldn't be upset if we took him, looks like he'll be a player. Just think the goalposts have changed a bit given we've had another poor finals series, and we'll be looking for players who can provide a bit of a point of difference and/or impact straight away. Sanders might be plug & play, but not sure being the 5th or 6th guy in the midfield rotation over the next season or two will do much for us in the short term. -

I'd rather 6 & 11 over just one top three pick, but if there's a world where we can grab Norf's pick 3 & 17 or something to that effect in exchange for 6 & 11, I'd probably prefer to take that route. Obviously this only happens if it enables Norf to grab pick 1 though. None of the highly touted guys expected to be available at our first pick seem super exciting, maybe with the exception of Caddy who would be a bit of an awkward fit. Sanders looks like he'll be a good player but doesn't provide any real point of difference, doesn't look like he can play anywhere else other than midfield either. Do we want to take a KPD with our first pick? Won't impact next year and we've gone tall two years running with JVR & Jefferson. Understand our hand may be forced with our second pick however given the Petty situation. -

I have decided that Sanders and the key tall prospects are too boring, and that Caddy is too boom or bust Trade up and grab Duursma, McKercher or Watto -
Already rented out a room in Max's house, no going back now
-
Highly astute pick up in the context of what we paid Always struck me as the type who would find the next level in a better side
-
Oh you won

Welcome Shane O'Mac!
-
I wouldn't be able to contain myself
-
I would simply not trade what may be our best key forward in 2024
-
Trac to go back to Casey to work on his kicking. Don't mind it.
-
How could we? Means we'd have to play one of T Mac or BBB every week
-
You couldn't even guarantee Darling would have better output than T Mac next year
-
Not sure about that Players would be more likely to be wearing bike helmets and the game renamed to Touch Footy in two years
-
The reality is the game is opening up and players with speed and evasiveness are worth their weight in gold
-
If we can get the necessary picks to satisfy WCE for pick 1, reckon we trade him
-
Assuming his knees aren't held together by sticky tape we should grab him for depth
-
Sparrow and all our picks for McAdam would be fine by me...
