I'm just constantly gushing at Clayton Oliver. Just the little things he does is AMAZING! That, and everything else.

I flew up from tassy to watch this game, and Oliver just left me speechless. He is SUCH A STAR! He's an absolute magician with his hands, and just watching him was worth my air fare today!

Boy do I miss an in-form Jayden Hunt ? would be great right now!

Thrilled Jeffy is playing today. I know he can go missing in games - whole games - and heck, maybe even his VFL form probably doesn't warrant it! But the guy is a star small forward, he can turn it on and be a real influence. I think he is the player we've been crying out for in our forward line, and I reckon he'll capitalise on our high inside 50 game. Hope he doesn't leave the team again, even say after a couple of lean games.

Still tryin to get over the Melksham block against Port Adelaide personally. Today's umpiring is nothing compared to that.

I've never seen us defend so badly this year

That was a fairly ordinary half of footy by us. Expecting us to come out with a different tac from half time. There is no way the players will accept a loss today, and I'll back them to put a poor half behind them. Only 15 points... can catch that in 5 mins. I still back us.

Massive kudos to Bernie Vince for setting up Petracca goal! Put the pressure on, won HTB, nailed the kick to the 50, and we got a goal out of it.

Everything else aside, the thing that burns me most about this game, is how Collingwood have dictated their game to us, all day. It actually feels like my insides are on fire.

Oscar, you're currently doing a bad job. Sure, 1 out of 12 ain't bad, but ffs, lift.

If we win, this will be two weeks in a row of us winning admirably (again, if we keep it up), and Hawthorn losing. I'm just wondering how I died, coz I certainly don't remember the transition to heaven.
