Thanks LH, that makes sense otherwise there would be dodgy happenings going on. I didn't know they could stockpile it so cheers. That may also be the reason Mahoney is on record saying we can afford 2 A graders this year, hmmm the plot thickens.....

Cheers mate, but that's a hell of a lot of money!

Clubs have to pay 95% of the cap? So if North had a war chest last year, where did that money go? And why is it spare again? Anyone explain?

  8. Well sounds like he may be out for the year now so I don't know what to think
  9. Did you watch On The Couch last night and Jonathon Brown?
  10. Timing is weird for sure, must need some more cash in case we miss finals.
  11. Correct, I posted the stats this morning. Flat tracker
  12. Also said his injury only happened against the swans and was just a niggle. Also on On The Couch, they showed footage of Jesses poor positioning and leading patterns, just goes to show it isn’t just the midfields fault, he’s not positioning himself anywhere near where he should be. Jonathon Brown called him out and said he was part of the blame.
  13. Thanks mate, good to know
  14. Isn't that Petracca that is left handed? Even bounces the ball left handed. Not sure about Hogan though.
  15. Why does everyone pick on @DV8, he's just having his say, take it or leave it lol
  16. Cap space will be another issue for GWS at some stage you'd think
  17. See below @Deespicable @Clint Bizkit
  18. His kicking routine is atrocious, he's been in the system long enough to sort this out, under pressure it will most always crack. The jog and stutter, ball swinging around in a circle from side to side, the right angles skip to the right before he kicks. He really needs a real coach to sort him out (Carey, Lockett, Dunstall etc). His attitude at times is also terrible, dropping his head and playing for frees. He's important to us if he can sort himself out, but he's not untradeable. If we got 2 x first rounders that netted Josh Kelly, I'd do it in a heartbeat.
  19. Another thing is, Hogan seems to always have a niggle against good sides and then dominates against sides like GC.
  20. @Clint Bizkit I saw you ask the question in another thread so thought I'd share here. Theres no doubt in my mind now after looking at the stats that Hogan is a flat track bully, rarely has a good game against better sides which is a concern. Hogan: Has kicked only 9 goals in 8 games vs the top 10 at an average of just 1.12 goals per game, being goalless twice and kicking 1 on 4 occasions. In contrast vs the bottom 8 he has kicked 38 goals in 12 games at an average of 3.16 per game. That is flat track territory and gives weight to those that are arguing this point. TMAC on the other hand this year missed a few games at the start but in his 4 games against the top 10 has booted 15 goals at an average of 3.75 per game and 27 goals in 11 games vs bottom 8 at 2.45 per game.
  21. I'm more surprised Schwab is still alive and kicking in footy circles.

So if I'm hearing it right, which still may be wrong: WCE have offered 6 x $850,000 NORTH 7 x $1,000,000 MELB........ ? I don't think we can compete with those numbers, I'd rather Whitfield ot Josh Kelly and put that money towards them.
  23. RIP Jarrod. Passed away in front of family 8:20pm last night. Hopefully we bring home the flag for you mate
